Panoramic views near Pulpit Rock

SandraRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We only stayed two nights in this super cozy house. Everything was so cozy and the beds super comfortable! We've probably never slept in beds that smell so good! Communication with Kristian and Bente was very helpful and they proactively informed us of exceptional opening hours/resp. Closing times of the grocery stores. Thank you!! The bus stop is just down the street and a bus leaves for Stavanger every hour. We will definitely come back to this beautiful area to explore the hiking trails.
A bright living area is highlighted by floor-to-ceiling windows, offering views of lush greenery and the surrounding landscape. A modern wood stove is positioned for warmth, while a sleek dining table with matching chairs is visible. The light wood flooring adds to the open and airy feel.

We had a great 3-night stay! The view over the fjord was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. Perfect location for hiking – we had great tours at Preikestolen and Hatten. The nearby town of Jørpeland has all the shops and essentials you might need. Neda was a fantastic host with great communication throughout. Highly recommended!

Pulpit Rock, Privat house

Staying at Torleiv's was great. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was also very well equipped. Torleiv and Jette are very friendly hosts who can only be recommended. We particularly liked the small stream, which is right next to the house. Torleiv also gave us some tips and suggestions for local hikes. Great recommendation!

Fantastic place! The cabin is even more beautiful than in the pictures and has everything you need. I loved the hot shower and the comfortable bed! The location is peaceful, with great hikes like Preikestolen nearby, and a ferry that offers spectacular views of the Lysefjord from the water. Alf is super responsive, friendly, and a great host. Absolutely worth it!

Small romantic cabin by the Fjord.

AnaïsRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Excellent stay, very peaceful and quiet place. A little complicated because you have to take a ferry and so we have imposed schedules to return. The shower is also outside and there is no indoor shower (so be careful if you go in winter)
