Beauty in Cortona was absolutely what we felt and saw. Alessandra went out of her way to make sure we felt welcome before and during our stay. We had everything we needed as we used this home as a base point for our Italy explorations. We easily got to Cortona, Siena and Montepulciano. There are a gazillion excellent restaurants so we didn’t cook at all. If we had chosen to cook, the kitchen appeared to have what we would have needed. We would definitely come back and thanks so much to our amazing hostess.

The garden with pool is an oasis of tranquility, ideal to relax with a good book or to enjoy an aperitif at sunset. But it's the warmth and hospitality of Elisa's family that makes the stay really special. Their availability in providing information about places to visit and recommended restaurants makes all the difference.
