The apartment has underfloor heating in the living room, bathroom and kitchen. Spacious room for two. Patio with furniture and views. (only one double bed in the apartment) We also have a small annex with bunk beds, if you are more than two people. Cozy waterfront house in Kjærsundet, 5 minutes from Lauvsnes city center where you can refuel the boat from the jetty and there is a grocery store nearby. The Zanzibar Inn restaurant is also located at the edge of the jetty. At Lauvsnes there is also a fast charger for electric cars. The apartment is bright and modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, freezer, hairdryer, etc. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. Modern bathroom with shower and WC. Boat can also be rented by appointment.
