Apto was very clean, every new one including the utensils. Comfortable bed in town. Super-stimely, responsive host. Apt very well located, near supermarket, pharmacy, car rental company. The building has a laundry service, has a restaurant/market that meets the needs well, has a gym and a good swimming pool, also for the great service of the building's employees.

Very good stay, excellent location, by the sea, very beautiful view. Very good split air conditioner, excellent shower. I just found the mattress a little soft, but the rest was all right.

Super indico Dona Conceição and Mr. José. First time I use the Airbnb platform and I was very pleased. The hosts are very polite, thoughtful, and helpful. They respond quickly when they are called. The property is in excellent condition and meets all the necessities. The property's location is also great, as it is close to the airport, supermarkets, pharmacies, malls, cafeterias, plazas, there are buses at the door and uber. Anytime I return to Fortaleza for sure I will stay with them. The place is very good for children. My son is 7 years old and loved. He said he wants to come back soon. I just have to thank you. One of the best things we did in planning this trip was the choice of the house we would stay in these days. Home is exactly as shown in the photos, Rafael is a host concerned with his guests' stay, helpful, proactive, and very kind. The condominium is a luxury that made a total difference in our stay. Everything we found inside is impeccable and unbelievable. I recommend it to everyone who wants to spend quiet days, with amenities and rest.

The stay was wonderful! We already knew the Landscape, but our biggest attraction, besides the accommodation, was the beautiful view of the sea! Large, clean, all-equipped place and toilets of excellent sizes and especially comfortable for those who are fat, which was one of our concerns when we were looking for places for the stay! Super recommend! The advertiser was kind and quick when we need to contact him during the rental!

The entire building and apartment are magnificent. Great pools and a great location. I am routinely staying in the building. The gym can improve by needing maintenance on some devices.
