Greyfriars - Two bedroom apartment with parking

SuellenRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We had a late cancellation on another property due to flooding. We booked this property last minute and couldn’t have been happier. Great location, loads of restaurants and pubs. Graham was super responsive and helpful. Parking was a bonus. Only very minor downside was the double bed which wasn’t very comfortable but fine for a short stay. Would definitely stay again.

Ravenswood Guest House - room one

CarolRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Stuart's place is a real home from home! We were welcomed personally on arrival by Paul as Stuart had nipped out. Booking was very straightforward, Stuart responds very quickly and is very approachable. Our room was lovely, cosy and a lot of thought had gone into guest comfort. Both our room and the ensuite were immaculately clean. The bed was so, so comfortable, we slept extremely well which is not always the norm in a "strange" bed. Ravenswood is very easy to find with excellent off street parking. It is also within walking distance of the town. We have been coming over to Stirling since 2018, we love the area, there is so much to do and do many wonderful sights and restaurants. We would have no hesitation in recommending Stuart's place and we definitely look forward to a return visit.

West Highland Hotel

Very cozy room with extremely friendly host! The area is just so gorgeous and easy to find. I took a train here so it was very conveniently located. I left by ferry which was also very close. Just be prepared for many many stairs if you’re carrying a heavy suitcase. I managed just fine but probably would not be for everyone.

Ornum House Room 1 Single

I stayed at Fiona’s place for a night during my road trip. She was a lovely host that took care of all the amenities to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Everything was exactly how it was described. In the morning, she made a delicious breakfast and I got to try her homemade jam. I’d happily stay here again anytime I’m in Beauly. Thank you!

Newly Refurbished Deluxe-Double room-Ensuite

MarkRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Needed a place for just one night on a flying visit to Glasgow to attend a gig at St Luke’s & the Winged Ox. Babbity Bowster was absolutely perfect- great location- only a 12 minute walk to the venue- but also only a 15 min walk from Central Station. It’s a very decent pub which has rooms on the second floor. Very friendly bar staff who showed me to the room and asked about breakfast the following day. Had a double room and it was very good- clean and tastefully decorated. Bottled water and tea/coffee also provided. Spotless bathroom. A very good continental breakfast the following day hit the spot. Plenty of choice- juices, fruits, yoghurts, pastries and cereals. Definitely a place to stay if you want somewhere to stay in central Glasgow and great value for money.

The Oaks - Spean Bridge

The Oaks has been a cute B&B. Everything has been super clean and there was quite a good snack and breakfast variety. Carly also made us some space to dry some of our clothes. Overall a lovely experience and a lovely host!

Studio with amazing views.

AndrewRating, 5 stars8 months ago
The hosts were friendly and helpful, the location quiet with great views over the lake. Off-street parking. If staying in Room 5 and ordering the Queen bed option, which comprises two singles pushed together, note that the beds do slide apart a little when slept on. Stores and pubs 5 minutes drive away. The local Highland Gathering held in August is great event to witness... Many thanks

Suite Witch

SarahRating, 5 stars5 months ago
This place is beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the place is clean. The bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor with a very thin, small staircase. Parking is convenient in front of the building. The location is very remote, with nothing in walking distance and difficult to get to/from the town, which I wish I had known prior to booking. However, we made the most of it and the house itself is beautiful and matches the photos.
A calm seascape is presented, with gentle waves reflecting the sky. In the foreground, a tree is visible along the paved walkway. The distant shoreline features gentle hills under a cloudy sky, enhancing the tranquil setting near the water.
