Michael's home was wonderful! clean and had all the comforts of home. kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans to do all your cooking needs. the Gas grill by the pool was clean with gas in the tank! Michael was very helpful and messaged back promptly. The POOL WAS AWSOME! 90 degrees and welcoming to swim in. My 9 year old stayed in it the whole time we where there! Best vaction we have had in a long time. I would stay at Michael's place again and for much longer. If you are a big fisherman there is a place for a boat on the river. we saw a few center console boats go in and out. Neighborhood is quiet, walking would be fine very low traffic. Publix is right around the corner, and a DQ is like walking distance. The drive to the beach is not bad. Sanabil beach is Dog friendly so we went there, shells 🐚 are nice there as well. You have to pay by the hour $5 it was $20 a trip not counting the toll. Michael's place is wonderful and we can't wait to go back or stay at his other homes.

I have to say this was so much more than what I expected. Best location I’ve been at in all my visits to Florida. It was a 100 times better than a hotel. The house was beautiful. The rooms were cozy. I felt so at home to the point where I was so sad to leave. The peace and tranquility in his home was just amazing. The central air helped so much, especially since it was so hot outside. The entire house was pristine and clean, and the host was so kind and amazing. Always responded to my messages. I hope to be able to rent thespace again on my next visit. I recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a home here in Florida. It was accessible to so many things and places. I am so looking forward to my next visit. I give it 100,000 thumbs up for this location.

Beautiful and peaceful surroundings with a lovely cottage, clean, comfortable with everything you would need.

Amazing stay. Only complaint is the towels in the bathroom had stains. Would 100% stay again
