At the edge of the Ozarks in the heart of green country is a small cottage located on a beautiful one acre spring feed pond. You can see the spring gushing out of the hillside. It is 1400 Sq feet with 3 bedroom 2 bath and large kitchen furnished. We have 3 flatscreen tvs, wifi,toys,games and a great view of the Lake. We have washer/dryer with detergent. House has patio table, charcoal grill, firepit and a mountain to explore. We are located about 15 minutes from Wagoner and 15 minutes from Muskogee.

Plenty of parking available. This adorable space is 400 sq ft with a loft and a room divider is provided for added privacy. The loft has a TV, queen size bed, twin size bed, seating and bedding. Cabin on the river, great views, swim access

Picture this..You laying on the loungers, glass of chilled wine, a page turner of a book watching the occasional kayaker through the bottom of your sunglasses. Perfect right? By evening you have access to sunsets, a fire pit and Marshmallow skewers for the perfect s’more. Inside you’ll find your favorite movie playing on surround sound and plenty of board games and puzzles for a quieter night. I have a hot tub that overlooks the river and bluff views. It is professionally maintained.
