The view is spectacular! The house was nice and clean and so much room. It was a very quiet neighborhood, and very relaxing. Thank you Austin for offering this as an Airbnb. We would love to come back!

Adam’s place made us feel right at home. It was modern and updated but we had everything we needed, and more. All of the bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were pristine. The pantry was stocked with spices and extras too. This isn’t the type of rental where you only get salt and pepper! The house was a few minutes walk to the beach and the coffee shop. We would happily spend a week here. Thanks so much!

Gorgeous private property on the edge of a vineyard, close drive to amenities and wineries. Perfect for our group of 8 women getaway. Pristine in its cleanliness. Spectacular decor. Beautiful surroundings. We spent hours sitting out back and playing cards, games, drinking wine at the huge farm table. Felt very spa like. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was perfectly equipped. Not a single thing to want for. Hosts were very responsive. We'll be back!!

The home was lovely -- my family and I had a wonderful time staying there! Great access to the beach, and a little play area my kids loved. (My daughter was begging us to stay longer.) Lisa was extremely responsive. When the grill propane was low at dinner time, she had it replaced within 20 minutes, fast enough that we were still on time for dinner! We can't recommend this home enough, and we would love to return sometime.

The house was great. Everything we needed was there. This is a great place to stay. Loved the layout. Felt safe there went for walks, the beach was close. It was a very nice community.

Alyssa was very responsive and nice, her place looked just like the photos. It was a great weekend getaway with some friends. Fire pit in the backyard was nice and it’s got a beautiful kitchen.

I just got back from one night at Isabelle’s place and OMG I wish we could have stayed another night or two. Isabelle has carefully thought out the interior design of her place so well and has really made great use out of the available space. The kitchen is beautiful, backyard is AMAZING (hot tab is fabulous btw) and the backyard really does make you feel right at home. The king bed in the basement allowed me to have the best sleep I’ve had in ages and I will now be purchasing the exact mattress and bedding set for my personal bed. Isabelle’s communication is amazing and she is so responsive! This place is within walking distance to pretty much everything downtown which allowed for a great trip! We are already looking at returning again in a couple months! ☺️

My best friend and I stayed at Jon’s place for a long weekend and we were super comfortable at this stay. The entire space was clean and had basic amenities, and had a cute charm throughout each room. The entrance was easy to find and Jon had provided us with clear instructions as well as good recommendations in the area. We were able to find parking on the street very close, if not in front of the house each time. The only negative we would express about this stay is the surrounding location. We were happy to have local restaurants that we could walk to, but the area made us feel a bit unsafe. Overall, we would recommend Jon’s stay, because it gave us a bit of Downtown Buffalo in a clean and welcoming space :)

The house is in a nice family neighborhood across the street from a school. My wife has a bad knee so I would say the stairs to the second floor and stepping into a bathtub for a shower may not be for everyone. Other than that we had a pleasant stay and would recommend Julia as a host.

I was having a road trip with my parents to the Niagara Falls and stayed two days at Joanne's house. It was definitely a well-decorated vintage. My parents enjoyed looking through all these board games and old books on the shelf. Everything was wonderful.

Staying at Robin’s place was an absolute dream! From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. Robin was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure I had everything I needed. The studio was spotless, cozy, and had all the essentials—including a comfortable Murphy bed, a renovated bathroom, and even an electric fireplace for a touch of charm. The location couldn’t be better—just one block from Crystal Beach and Bay Beach entrance! Having a coffee shop and smoothie bar right next door was a total game-changer. I loved grabbing a smoothie and latte in the morning. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing solo retreat or a quick couples’ getaway, this place is a gem. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our stay at the carriage house in Parkside, Buffalo, was nothing short of fantastic! The home itself is full of charm, beautifully restored, and provided a cozy yet spacious retreat. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Parkside is a gem of a neighborhood—historic, peaceful, and within walking distance to the breathtaking Buffalo Zoo and Delaware Park. We loved strolling through the tree-lined streets, admiring the stunning architecture, and feeling right at home in this vibrant community. If you're looking for a unique and memorable stay in Buffalo, this carriage house is the perfect choice. Highly recommend!

Pro's: One of the cleanliest Airbnb's we've stayed at, would stay here again. Close to the village, lots of restaurant's, and ice cream! My niece's wedding was at the church ten minuses to the village. Perfect location. Shockingly perfect weather for the wedding. Accommodated six of us easily! The two full bathrooms was perfect. There is a cute Deli on the bottom floor, delicious. Made suggestions to move fans over the beds and to put one in family room. Con: The Deli gets started pretty earlier like 6 am, and we were woken up by all the noise.

Great value, great location (not far from the falls), easy instructions to follow. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I stayed at The Eugene for a couple nights on our trip to Niagara Falls. This is a great little spot just outside of town. Close enough to be a 5 minute drive from the falls, but far enough to where you weren’t in the craziness of the downtown area.

I had a wonderful stay at Mary’s place! I was in town for a work trip and felt right at home. The space was clean with a very spacious backyard. Not too far from Niagara Falls, restaurants, shopping and other things to do. Mary was very friendly, and always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place, and look forward to returning when I’m back in town!

I enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean and pleasant. The bed was comfortable. There’s a private parking lot in the back for guests which was very nice so I didn’t have to park in the street. I would stay here again!

The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from the Falls, but away from all the main traffic and congestion. It was fantastic and made it easy to do all the things we planned. There were lots of other AirBnbers in the area and the community felt incredibly safe, well kept, and easily accessible. This is a great choice.
