Anzing is the perfect starting point for excursions to the Erding thermal baths, Munich, Ebersberg or the trade fair in Riem. Thanks to its location on the A94, you can easily get to Munich city center by car. On weekdays, a convenient bus connection provides extra flexibility. The apartment is idyllically located overlooking the Ebersberg Forest. Trade fair visitors can drive to the Riem trade fair in about 12 minutes. It is fully furnished, fully equipped, and bed linens and towels are included.

The apartment is located on the north side. part of the English Garden. It's just a few minutes' walk to the U-Bahn [subway]. In just 7 minutes by car you are directly in Schwabing and in just 13 minutes at Marienplatz The Allianz Arena is 2 stops away. The MOC exhibition grounds are within walking distance. Supermarket, bakery, as well as some restaurants and beer garden are very close. The apartment has a small fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer (coins) Wi-Fi is available.

For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.
