Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

The baroque city of Bruchsal with its castle is in the immediate vicinity, as is the Forster Baggersee. Good road connections to Heidelberg, Speyer and the Hockenheimring.

Nice apartment, recently renovated. Everything is perfect. You realize that Troja takes care of everything in detail, just as you would like to have everything in your home. I would have put a shower instead of a bathtub. But it's my personal taste. As soon as you enter the apartment you find everything: coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, a can of beer. Spaghetti, tomato, cutlery…. In short, everything you need for your first night. The bed is comfortable and everything is super clean. The apartment is located in front of a very nice garden area. We will definitely be back

Isabel is an excellent host and very committed to making her guests happy. We had a super relaxing and private weekend. The location is excellent. You are in the city with lots of restaurants in a few meters and also quickly in the countryside. We even got a map. The accommodation was also superbly located for our dogs and they could move freely inside and outside, as the outdoor area is fenced and not very visible. There was even a free snack for our little ones on the day of departure. The little ones were very happy. Great recommendation for dog owners. As a welcome, there was even a bottle of sparkling wine with fruit and everything was available, even toothbrushes, games, coffee and more. In the morning, Isabel also provided us with rolls including spread. Thank you for the relaxing and restful weekend.

We stayed at Andreas' house over Pentecost and had a good time there. There is plenty of space in the house and the kitchen is equipped with everything. It was especially nice to have a terrace.
