Welcome to a nice little house with lush apple orchard and patio, only 15 minutes by bus from Oslo city center. The house is completely newly renovated and modernly decorated with loft and a full 4 meter ceiling height. Here you can relax in pleasant surroundings both indoors and outdoors, and get a "cabin feeling" close to Oslo. There are floor heating cables, a large and cozy fireplace that heats and rainfall shower in the bathroom. Outside there is a plating and patio of over 20m2 with barbecue, fire pit, kitchen garden and outdoor lighting.

Utforsk vårt sjarmerende hus i Vika! Beliggende svært sentralt, kun 5 minutter fra Nationaltheatret og Aker Brygge, likevel godt skjermet i en frodig bakgård. Huset har to etasjer: i første etasje finner du et moderne kjøkken, stue og et soverom. Andre etasje inneholder bad, to soverom og en flott terrasse. Huset er opprinnelig en stallbygning fra 1895, men er modernisert i nyere tid til dagens standard. Likevel er mye av den eldre sjarmen bevart, og vi ønsker velkommen til en unik opplevelse!

Built in 2024, TheJET is a private mini-house fully equipped with a kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and mezzanine that accommodates up to four people. Our home is a modernized part of a 100 year old house, which is included in Norways preservation-listings. With its high ceilings and features of old elements, mixed with the new, it has a soulful and unique atmosphere. We are on the first floor and basement. It’s a 5 min walk from the subway, which will take you to downtown Oslo in 15-20 minutes. (15 minutes to Majorstua, where Vigelandsparken is) We have an annex with officespace and loungearea (with tv), and a trampoline.

There is no kitchen, but fridge, microwave, kettle and simple service with cutlery/cups/dishes. Bedroom has a double bed. There are room for three by taking advantage of the mattress in the living room - see photo. There is free street parking in the immediate vicinity.
