The lake and woodland attract hundreds of species of birds and mammals. The lake itself is stocked with coarse fish. A little oasis of nature with easy links to local cities. Explore the wider Wirral area on the network of public footpaths or take a short train ride to the cities of Liverpool or Chester.

The apartment is situated at the foot of a large Victorian house and has been refurbished in the style of a cosmopolitan seaside holiday home. There is ample off-road parking. Liverpool City Centre is only short drive or bus journey away with a host of tourist attractions.

1750's cottage with open fire and beams

Take it easy at this unique and cosy cottage with a real open fire and original beams. The cottage was constructed in approximately 1750 during the reign of George II. The cottage is constructed from wood and stone and there is not a straight wall, ceiling or door casing in the house! You learn very fast (after banging your head once or twice) to duck under the low door frames and beams. The cottage is small, quirky and very cosy but with a suprisingly large master bedroom and bathroom.

Close to many of Southport’s prestigious golf courses and yearly flower show. Great local cycling and walking.

It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.

'Another Place' is a one bedroom cottage situated on a small secure equestrian centre. Four legged friends are more than welcome, just let us know when booking. Its beautiful location is perfect for exploring the Sefton Coast. Please ensure dogs are kept on a lead when exploring the property. Inside the cottage we ask that pets are kept off soft furnishings and are not left unattended in the cottage unless crated.
