Appartement simple mais avec le nécessaire. Bien placé pour visiter les principaux lieux d’intérêts de Romagne. Peter est un hôte très accueillant et réactif si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit. Il propose une carte très pratique pour visiter la région et est un bon ambassadeur ! Super rapport qualité prix.

Skønt lille ressort oppe på bjerget med udsigt over byen. Vi havde de luxe lejligheden med privat terrasse foran. Poolområdet er lækkert med gode solsenge og mulighed for at købe is og forfriskninger i den lille bar. Stefano og hans kone er meget opmærksomme på deres gæster. Vi anbefaler gerne dette sted hvor der både er mulighed for at spise i deres restaurant , samt slappe af og nyde roen.

We had a lovely stay here. Location is excellent and the apartment is beautiful. Arnaud was very helpful and communicated brilliantly with us. Would stay here again.

We had a most wonderful time in Elena and Antonio's apartment. We have been personally greeted by them and they gave us an extensive list of tips for museums, cinemas and restaurants which turned out to be absolutely spot-on. Thanks to them we found our favourite fish restaurant, Il Pescato del Canevone, just round the corner. The apartment is a beautifully decorated, carefully curated space with a wonderful atmosphere - we felt really at home from the first minute. They managed to combine modern interior design with the historic building in the best way.  It was absolutely clean, there are very comfortable beds and they spoil you with free water, snacks, tea, coffee and sweets. Elena and Antonio are a very sweet couple. They are there to help you with anything and everything - thank you so much for being not just perfect, but very welcoming and supportive hosts.  We would love to come back. 

Deze lokatie lag zeer dicht bij de plaats waar onze jongste dochter tijdelijk studeert. Wij hebben dan ook zeer veel tijd samen kunnen doorbrengen tijdens die week herfstvakantie. Ideale lokatie om Forli en omgeving te verkennen. Mooi terras om 's morgens te ontwaken en te ontbijten in het ochtend zonnetje. Wij konden voor alle vragen en problemen terecht bij onze contactpersoon Salvatore die samen met zijn echtgenote zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam waren voor het overhandigen van de sleutels en voor het uitchecken. Zij hebben zelfs verdere hulp aangeboden aan onze dochter voor de verdere tijd van haar studies en indien dit nodig moest blijken. De communicatie met zowel Matteo als met Salvatore verliep zeer vlot en zonder enig probleem. Met andere woorden: een zeer fijne ervaring en zeer vriendelijke gastheren om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Nogmaals bedankt Matteo, Salvatore en echtgenote en wij weten waar we terecht kunnen als we nog eens terugkeren naar Forli !!!

We loved staying at this apartment. Excellent view, good breeze in the evening and close to the beach. Hosts were excellent and the apartment was clean and tidy. Confortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen and everything is just like the pictures. Allows for a perfect vacation in Cesenatico.

Miejsce oceniam na 5 gwiazdek, świetny kontakt z gospodarzem, Mara była zawsze zainteresowana czy wszystko jest ok i czy niczego nam nie brakuje. Pokój bardzo czysty, ładna i pachnąca pościel, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona a huśtawka w pokoju dodatkowo umiliła nam pobyt. Polecam :)

Siamo stati a Ravenna per la notte di Capodanno. Io e i miei amici ci sian trovati bene. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di restare più a lungo, rispetto all'orario stabilito del check-out. Luca e Daila, ci hanno anche offerto una bella bottiglia di benvenuto.

Eravamo quattro ospiti, la casa è molto bella e attrezzata, ci hanno lasciato acqua e qualche snack, posizione eccellente, a due passi dal centro…tutto perfetto! Grazie!

Mauro e sua moglie sono stati davvero speciali: sempre accoglienti e disponibili sin dal momento della prenotazione e per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Ci hanno fatto sentire esattamente a casa. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario. Il giardino curato in ogni angolo e con vista sulle foreste casentinesi è un posto di relax assoluto. Inoltre la posizione della struttura è ideale per visitare non solo i luoghi limitrofi, ma anche la vicina Toscana e i principali centri della Romagna.

Lo spazio è piccolo ma accogliente, estremamente pulito e con tutti i servizi necessari. Mirko è stato molto disponibile e gentile.

L’appartamento è evidentemente stato ristrutturato forse una decina di anni fa mantenendo le mattonelle forse originali nella zona cucina e bagno del piano terra. Qualche quadro un po’ inquietante lo avrei evitato ma a parte queste piccolezze l’appartamento è gradevole e sei come a casa. Un comodo zona living con un bel televisore, adiacente alla cucina. I bagni sono molto piccoli ma non si poteva fare altro in queste graziose casette del centro. Comodo il fatto che non hai la chiave. C’è un moderno sistema a combinazione per accedere alla casa. Letti comodi ed ampi. Posizione perfetta per visitare il centro.

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

Eine wirklich aussergewöhnliche Unterkunft! Die Lage ist einzigartig. Man ist in der Natur und hat unglaublich viel Platz für sich. Die Unterkunft selbst ist wunderbar. Sie hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie war sehr sauber und es war alles da, was man braucht. Zudem hat man als Gast sehr viel Platz. Wir konnten selbständig einchecken, das lief problemlos ab. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man sehr gut Tagesausflüge nach San Marino oder Rimini unternehmen. Wir können die Unterkunft voll und ganz empfehlen. Es war wirklich grossartig!

I would definitely recommend staying at Antonella’s place. The apartment and the surrounding area are beautiful and peaceful, and Antonella and her husband are excellent hosts.

Ottimo alloggio, molto bello e ben tenuto, super pet friendly! Leggermente scomodo il parcheggio un po’ distante dalla casa se si hanno molti bagagli, ma facilmente ovviabile chiedendo l’accesso per il carico e scarico.

I punti positivi sono certamente la posizione vicina ad ogni punto di interesse per la città, la pulizia, l’ordine e il fatto che sia equipaggiato con tutte le necessità del caso. Consiglio fortemente questo appartamento per chiunque volesse visitare la città.

One of the best Airbnb we have been to so far. Everything new, spotlessly clean, modern but also decorated with a lot of charm and „gusto“ / taste !!! You can see how much of affection they put in there. Coming to the hosts: a great couple who welcomed us so warmly and sympathetic! I often had very nice and interesting chats with Monia and Fabio was also always available and asked how we were doing, if we needed something etc. The view is stunning, it’s quiet to relax and work (WiFi works also on the terrace) and it’s a fantastic & strategic location to visit all important spots of Emilia Romagna. I would always come back and recommend it to all of you ! Thank you Monia and Fabio! Alla prossima

Tutto impeccabile, gestori professionali...no.n si può volere di più. Desidero sottolineare la tranquillità e il silenzio che hanno piacevolmente caratterizzato il nostro soggiorno che spesso mancano nelle strutture ricettive posizionate nei centri storici.

I really enjoyed my stay at Micro & Isotta's place. An easy 10 minute walk from the train station and right at the beginning of the historic city center, the location was very convenient. It was exactly like the photos with a stylish artsy aesthetic and extremely clean, comfortable, had many great amenities and even some drinks and snacks provided! The hosts were very kind, responsive and helpful as well! Isotta came to check me in, familiarize me with everything and gave many great tips for sight-seeing and restaurants. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I wish I could've stayed longer!

Siamo stati quattro giorni in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con l'acqua calda, ma quando l'ho detto a Claudio dopo 10 minuti è venuto e l'ha subito risolto. Consigliato.
