In the middle of the village, a few hundred meters from the Liliomkert market, bordered by forest and stream, is our cozy little estate. Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km away. In the village, there is a café, delicatessen, gallery, wineries, Sunday market, in the neighboring villages within 10 minutes, the best ice cream shop in the neighborhood (the world), super restaurants, children's and adult programs, concerts, wineries, hiking await.

The house awaits you on the picturesque vineyard hillside along the Wine Route. With its private wine terrace and peaceful setting among the vines, it’s the perfect place to savor the estate’s own wines. :) From the lookout, you have stunning panoramic views of Lake Balaton. Mornings begin with birdsong, and you might even spot deer and rabbits wandering nearby. A big terrace, vineyard, and cozy fireplace complete the experience. Our house offers a quiet retreat in the middle of orchards, vines, and fields, where you don't have to give up on modern and clean comfort. The landscape shows a different face in every season, the house can be booked all year round. If you just want silence, you don't have to move out, the sun goes around the building, it's impossible to enjoy the beauty of the neighborhood and the view. We can only accommodate 2 people in our house, we cannot accommodate children (0-16 years)

Away from everything, there's a separate house where you can see the sunrise from the bed, live, and have a unique panoramic view. Located on the east side of Mount St. George, the house was renovated in 2022 and furnished with brand new furniture. A small house for 4 people with 2 floors, 1 extra bed. (20 sqm floor area per level.) The Szőlőliget Guesthouse provides a great place to relax for families, hikers, wine tours or Balaton vacations.

Libickozma is a magical place, where our senses are soothed by experiences completely different from those of the city— the sounds and scents of nature, the crowing of roosters, birdsong, and the sight of lakes, meadows, and forests.

Hiking trails start a couple of steps away, ideal also for biketours. On a min. 2 day prior notice dinner/breakfast basket available. Pls note that a local tourism tax of HUF 700/pers/day is payable at site.
