There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. The promenade can be reached with a 2-minute walk and the beach in 8 minutes. The studio apartment is suitable for 4 people (2 for longer rental), with a double bed, sofa (bed), fully equipped kitchen w/dishwasher, wardrobe, tv, AC, WiFi, washing machine and a large balcony w/mosquito net and motorized blinds.

The Kemencés House is located in one of Hungary's most popular tourist areas, the Balaton Uplands, 7 km from Lake Balaton.

This is a stunning, newly-built and newly furnished, open plan apartment on the ground floor with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to its private garden and patio. The apartment is built on a slope, into the hill and it is truly relaxing. It is located in the picturesque Fonyódliget, surrounded by nature and hiking paths. The beach is less than 5 – 10 minutes walk away and Fonyód town centre is about a 15-20 minutes relaxing stroll by the lake.

Közelben hangulatos kiránduló helyek, kilátók vannak, szívesen szervezünk naplemente vitolás túrát és bor kóstolót egy közelben lévő hangulatos borpincében. The price does not include breakfast, it can be requested separately. Two electric scooters provide transportation in Keszthely.

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
