Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Fontenay-sous-Bois

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

I have just returned from an amazing five nights in Paris. Nathalie’s place was my base and it really felt like a home from home. It was equipped with everything I needed, including a coffee maker with excellent coffee, and tea making facilities. There is a shop very close by where you can get supplies. It was very hot while I was there but there was a fan so I was able to keep cool especially at night. As a lone female traveller it felt very safe and secure only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the nearest station which was 15 minutes into Paris, and there were always other commuters going in the same direction even when I came home very late one evening about 11:30 pm. Nathalie was very friendly and welcoming, and very quick to reply to emails if I had any questions. Lovely Anya, the cat was always on hand to welcome you back at the end of a busy day, she is very sweet. I would definitely recommend this lovely little apartment in a peaceful setting.

Die Unterkunft von Dale und Gilles ist wie eine kleine Insel der Ruhe in der Metropole Paris. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet (unter anderem gab es auch Kaffee, Tee und ein paar Snacks im Kühlschrank), man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig, mit der Metrolinie 9 kommt man schnell ins Zentrum von Paris. Dale und Gilles waren wunderbare Gastgeber, sie haben uns früheren Check-In ermöglicht, uns persönlich empfangen und tolle Tips zu Restaurants gegeben. Wir waren glücklich, bei Dale und Gilles wohnen zu dürfen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage bei Euch!:)

Casa con giardino a disposizione degli ospiti, pulita, ben attrezzata di elettrodomestici e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici che si trovano nelle vicinanze, zona tranquilla. Catherine molto gentile e discreta. Esperienza molto positiva.

Les instructions de Pascale étaient très claires pour l’arrivée. La localisation du logement est très pratique car situé proche du RER A : idéal pour se rendre rapidement dans Paris, et le logement était très calme, au fond d’un grand jardin, entouré de verdure.

Communication avec les hôtes rapide et efficace, tout est mis en œuvre pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Merci pour tout Aurelie et son mari :) Agréable maison on y sent de la douceur dans ce foyer :) décoration très charmante. Litierie bonne , très joli jardin nature, paisible avec un délicat parfum de rose , j ai adoré ! Quartier calme. Aucune fausse note ! Signé Oliver 😉

wir waren für eine Städtetrip in Paris und haben dafür die Unterkunft von Eléonore verwendet. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb, aber super zu erreichen mit der Metro. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber schön und modern eingerichtet. Auch der Kontakt mit Eléonore war super einfach und reibungslos.

First of all from start to finish communication was absolutely first class. Accommodation was more than anticipated. Met and matched all of our aspirations. Cleanliness was perfect. Hosts Isabelle and Pascal are just truly wonderful people. Felt very blessed to have found a location this close to Paris without the normal clutter and to boot a market twice a week within eyesight from front door. Just wonderful. Thoroughly recommended this accommodation and location to any and all. 😃

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Die Lage war ideal: ruhig gelegen und dennoch nur wenige Minuten von der nächstenMetro Station entfernt. Auch Bus und RUR waren gut ztu erreichen. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bars, ein großer Park - alles in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation war gut, außerdem gab es einige Hinweise in der Wohnung. Paris ist sosieso eine Reise wert und es war schön, etwas außerhalb zu wohnen, da es sehr heiß war. Wir würden bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Paris definitiv gerne wieder hier übernachten!

The apartment was perfect our stay. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The location is great as it is close to both train and metro stations. I highly recommend Christelle’s apartment for anyone visiting Paris for the city or Disneyland.

Schöne Wohnung, zwei Zimmer mit jeweils einem Schlafsofa, Sitzplatz draußen, in einem ruhigem Innenhof gelegen. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet: Handtücher, Duschgel, Shampoo, Bettwäsche und alle Küchenutensilien die man braucht. Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Salz, Öl etc. sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Metro, div. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Cafés, Creperie, Bäcker und Wochenmarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (max. 5 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen). Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Victoria hat sich immer nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und war immer für uns erreichbar. Da Victoria nicht vor Ort sein konnte, hat uns Regina, die Hausmeisterin herzlich empfangen. Die Gegend ist sicher und zum Glück nicht von Touristen überlaufen. So kann man den Abend abseits der Massen genießen. Vielen Dank Victoria!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder. A bientot Marion & Jessi

We stayed at Amal's property when visiting Paris, primarily to go to Disneyland for our little one. The location is great, a really nice safe feeling town. 15 minutes walk from the train station, with easy access to Paris city centre and Disneyland. Instructions were provided with plenty of notice, and it was very easy to collect the key and leave it at the end. The property was ultra clean, tidy. Couldn't fault it. Pricing was competitive enough to draw us in, and the balcony is a nice perk although we didn't use it much at all due to being so busy in the day. Amal was very responsive, and would regularly check in on our stay. Would definitely return should we come back to Paris again.

Это супер замечательная квартира . Я восхищена была чистотой и порядком . Чудесное и качественное постельное белье . Очень хороший ортопедический матрас , спать было очень комфортно, подушки качественные и мягкие. Чистота . Квартира была очень тихая . Это позволяло спокойно отдыхать после экскурсий . Хозяин Jp- безумно добрый , дружелюбный, отзывчивый , вежливый и очень заботливый человек . На любые вопросы быстро реагировал и отвечал . Это жилье заслуживает только высоких оценок . Я очень рада и счастлива оказаться в таком прекрасном и уютном месте . Спасибо . Рекомендую обязательно )))

We had a great time in Raouf's place. The location is great as it's close to Paris and Disney on the RER A. there are plenty of restaurants and a shopping centre nearby. The apartment had everything we needed. Artuoro was on hand to give us local advice and even organised a safe transfer back to the airport. They couldn't have been more helpful or friendly.

Logement confortable et idéalement situé pour les touristes ou pour des besoins professionnels. Les instructions préalables pour prendre possession de l’appartement étaient parfaites.

Die Wohnung in Paris war wunderschön – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit sehr guter Bus- und Bahnanbindung. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und hat immer schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Nossa estadia foi excelente! O apartamento tinha tudo e mais um pouco, super completo e confortável. A anfitriã foi extremamente atenciosa desde o início, e super amável — nos permitiu fazer o check-in antecipado, sempre respondeu rapidamente e estava sempre disposta a ajudar no que fosse preciso. Além disso, ela deixou vários itens úteis no apartamento que facilitaram muito a nossa estadia, o que mostra o cuidado e a atenção com os hóspedes. A localização também é ótima, com estação de metrô a apenas 6 minutos a pé, o que nos permitiu explorar Paris com facilidade. A vizinhança é tranquila e segura, com comércio por perto. Recomendo de olhos fechados e, se voltarmos a Paris, com certeza ficaremos aqui de novo!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

It was clean and I was able to stay very comfortably! The owner was also very kind. I would like to use it again!

Die Unterkunft von Julian ist Sehr empfehlenswert. Diese liegt zwar etwas weit von Paris entfernt aber mit der Regionalbahn ist man schnell da. Wir hatten da einen schönen Aufenthalt und würde diese bei der nächsten Gelegenheit noch einmal buchen. Merci Julien!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!
