Die Wohnung liegt in der einer wunderbaren, belebten Gegend, toller Startpunkt für Erkundungen der Stadt in alle Richtungen. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Der Louvre ist zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten entfernt. (Frühstücksempfehlung: Café Du Centre um die Ecke. Eigentlich eine Empfehlung für den ganzen Tag.) Das Haus ist groß, sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Trotz der belebten Umgebung ist die großzügige Wohnung sehr ruhig und toll zum Ausruhen. Der Balkon mit Blick auf die Eiffelturmspitze ist umwerfend. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig, neu und sehr geschmackvoll. Alles ist sehr sauber und im Überfluss vorhanden. Wir haben uns gleich bei Betreten der Wohnung sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Die Kommunikation mit Brigitte war sehr nett. Zeitnahe Antworten und flexible Möglichkeiten. Alles einfach perfekt. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank an Brigitte!

This is a perfect place to stay if you’re looking to stay in Le Marais. The flat is in a great location on a quiet street close to lots of shops and restaurants. The interior design feels like you’re in a hotel and the sheets and towel are trendy and luxurious. The host is incredibly responsive and ensures that all needs are met. The host even provided a great list of restaurants and sites to visit while in Paris. We would definitely stay in this place again!

Recommend this place very highly, host very responsive and area lovely and quiet. Walk to the train session under 20 mins and travel links in Paris are so good it's a great spot to stay. Lots of shops near by and the area is very affordable

We had the best experience! Carole was extremely responsive and proactive throughout our stay. She even met us at the apartment early and allowed an early check in, she sent us recommendations throughout Paris, she consistently checked in to make sure everything was going great and she was just an extremely friendly person overall. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! The apartment was extremely spacious, clean and in the best location to walk to all the major attractions and near so many shops and restaurants! We would absolutely stay here again next time we are in Paris.

This warm and cozy apartment was within walking distance to bus, rail, grocery markets, restaurants and more. The kitchen, while tiny, was functional and had everything we needed. We were 2 couples and found both the bed and fold out sofa very comfortable! Note that when there are 2 couples, the lounge becomes a 2nd generously sized bedroom and no longer a functional lounge. This was perfect for our needs as we only used the apartment to occasionally eat, sleep& change to go adventuring 😊 As for parking, outside the flat there's some free blue lined areas for evenings only until 9am. However if you head to the side streets near the train station, there are white lined (or no lined) sections with free parking. We did this on our first morning (15min walk) & left it there for our stay. The apartment, while a little worn, was perfectly priced for what it does offer. The host was friendly, helpful & a great communicator. We would happily use this apartment again if we go back to Paris!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb as a family of four with two young kids. The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the Champ de Mars, which meant we could easily visit the Eiffel Tower multiple times and take plenty of photos both during the day and at night. The kids loved it, and we now have so many beautiful family pictures to remember the trip by. The apartment itself was quiet, cozy, and spacious enough for our family. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy to prepare breakfast and snacks for the kids. There were also plenty of grocery stores, bakeries, and cafes nearby, so everything we needed was within walking distance. Getting around the city was very convenient from this location, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive, making our first trip to Paris smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this place to other families visiting Paris—we’d definitely love to stay here again!

My family and I had the loveliest stay at Alban's apartment. It's so beautifully put together and in a perfect location for touring. We walked almost everywhere during our stay. Apart from a short boat trip from the Louvre to the Eiffel Tower. Great patisseries on your doorstep, too. Thank you so much Alban for such a clean, stylish place to stay and for great communication. the place was so clean and well organized. If you are traveling with small children the place is well prepared with all amenities! we loved it here with our family as it was like our home.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr bequem, sauber und perfekt für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Unsere Kleinen haben sich sofort wohlgefühlt – es gab genug Platz zum Spielen und sogar ein paar Spielsachen vor Ort. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

Nous sommes venus pour un EVG, et nous avons été impressionnés par ce logement. On en prend plein les yeux dès qu'on a franchi le pas de la porte. Nombreuses activités à faire  : borne d'arcade, console, mur d'escalade, fléchettes, jacuzzi, décorations faites avec goût, magnifique fresque dans le séjour… Tout était parfait et très propre, on aurait pu y rester 1 mois sans jamais mettre le nez dehors. Le plus beau Airbnb que j'ai fait. Je recommande et j'y retournerai très probablement. Un grand bravo au propriétaire pour le travail titanesque réalisé ici.

Séjour parfait du début à la fin. L’hôte a été très accueillant, proactif et disponible, ce qui a grandement facilité notre arrivée et notre séjour. Le logement correspond exactement aux photos : propre, bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. La localisation est idéale, et l’hôte s’est montré flexible et arrangeant à chaque étape. Je recommande vivement ce logement et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir. Merci encore pour tout !

Rien ne manque dans ce charmant pavillon. Spacieux, aménagé avec goût, il peut accueillir une famille. Situé dans un quartier calme, plutôt proche de la gare (5 mn en voiture ou 1/4h en bus), on trouve facilement une place de parking à proximité. Merci à Pierre, propriétaire attentif et réactif à nos sollicitations. On recommande cette location.

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

First off, the view of the Eiffel Tower in the pictures is not over-rated. Viewing the tower from the balcony at the end of each day was a highlight of our trip. The apartment was as described. There was ample space for our family of 3. The living room and open dining / kitchen space provided a comfortable space to wind down in the evening after touring. A quality barista machine provided a good start to the day. The best part was how responsive and flexible Gregory was with us. I made an error on dates when booking (totally my fault) and Gregory worked with me to quickly resolve it. Any other time we reached out to Gregory, he was very prompt in responding. He was also proactive in telling us useful information about the unit and neighborhood.

Wow this place is such a gem! Super clean, cozy, so much charm, great location, quiet at night, very friendly host. We had everything we needed, and more. The apartment has a great book, art and music collection. We were 3 people and didn’t feel crowded at all with one person sleeping on the living room pull out. The curtains were very cool. Sometimes you can hear the faintest sound of someone else in the apartment building playing piano (they play very well) and that was the sweetest touch. We noticed a group of elderly neighbors get together outside to practice qi gong every morning - even in the winter! Neighbors walk their dogs along the canal. It’s all very romantic. We also fell in love with the restaurant l’Atmosphere which is around the corner. Overall fantastic stay. Will absolutely return, thank you!

Première expérience à Montrouge est la ville est totalement charmante et paisible ! Il y fait bon vivre. Le logement proposé est nickel et très bien situé à proximité du métro pour nos petites escapades à Paris. On s’y sent comme chez soi et l’hôte est très réactif et arrangeant ! Nous reviendrons sûrement pour nos prochains voyages sur la région Parisienne 😁
