Posto incantevole, in un paesaggio che ristora. La casa oltre ad essere curata in ogni dettaglio è pulitissima! Il giardino é pura poesia, ogni angolo nasconde una sorpresa; ammalia la vista e cura il cuore. È stata una bellissima esperienza sotto ogni punto di vista. Compresa la conoscenza del proprietario, persona colta e sensibile con cui abbiamo scambiato una piacevole chiacchierata.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, alles ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Und direkt im Badeanzug zum Bad im Meer zu gehen, ist schon ein Luxus. Die Räume sind eher dunkel, das Gefühl ein wenig, wie in einem Schiff zu sein. Fabio kommuniziert zuverlässig und emphatisch.

Giovanni, thank you so much for such a wonderful stay at your beautiful apartment. The early checkin was so appreciated. Don’t hesitate to book this place. It’s a squeaky clean super comfortable apartment with the best washer/dryer Italy has seen! Also, the most well stocked kitchen we had our whole trip. The way you’ve decorated makes the place feel like a 5 star hotel. We all loved it, and can’t wait to come back.

Emilio country house è sinonimo di serenità e pace. Immerso nelle splendide vallate Reggiane, potrete godere di un’impagabile pace pur essendo vicino ai centri abitati. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort in quanto Romina possiede l’arte dell’accoglienza: pulizia, ordine e comodità. Si può parcheggiare l’auto all’interno della proprietà nonché usufruire dell’area esterna. Se dovete lavorare la linea Wi-Fi è ottima e prende in tutta la casa. Sicuramente sarà la mia “casa emiliana”.

Ivana est la meilleure hôte que nous ayons rencontré. une très belle rencontre. Elle et sa famille sont tellement accueillants, disponibles, à l'écoute, plein de bons conseils et Allan cuisine très bien ! l'appartement est parfait. endroit paisible proche de beaux sites à visiter. Ivana sait bien conseiller. il est très rare de trouver une hôte qui parle 3 langues comme elle. Je ne sais pas encore à quel moment mais nous reviendrons probablement un jour.

Wir haben uns in Giovannis Wohnung von Anfang bis Ende wie zuhause gefühlt! Unsere zwei Jungs haben gerne im Garten fangen gespielt. Meine Frau und ich haben die Ruhe der Nachbarschaft und die zentrumsnahe Lage der Wohnung geliebt: innerhalb von max. 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an beiden Stränden Sestris bzw. im Zentrum. Es gibt einen eigenen Auto-Stellplatz, aber aufgrund der tollen Lage könnte man einen Urlaub auch komplett ohne Auto verbringen. Ich bin gerne zum Laufen bzw. Wandern in den unmittelbar angrenzenden, fantastischen Punta-Manara-Park gegangen oder an den Strand. Die Wohnung ist genauso eingerichtet wie auf den Bildern gezeigt und super sauber. Die Küche ist sehr komplett ausgestattet. Die eigene Waschmaschine steht in einem kleinen Raum am Hauseingang. Dies war bislang unsere beste Airbnb in Italien und wir kommen definitiv wieder! Sehr sauber, sehr ruhig, sehr gut ausgestattet und in perfekter Lage im wunderschönen Sestri. Mille Grazie an Giovanni und Familie!

Sergio und seine Frau waren wunderbare Gastgeber. Er war immer erreichbar und hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben: Strand & Bar di Rena (10 min entfernt), Strand Bay of Silence (in Sestri Levante), tolles Weingut zum romantisch Essen und Wein verkosten (Bisson). Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour ! La maison est grande, propre et fonctionnelle. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, le coin repas a l’extérieur est très agréable. La piscine ainsi que le jardin sont spacieux. La maison est située dans les montagnes, c’est un havre de paix. Il y a une rivière à 3 minutes à pieds… C’était parfait. Les propriétaires possèdent un restaurant juste au dessus de la maison, nous y sommes allés deux fois et c’était formidable (produits locaux, cuisine familiale..). Les hôtes ont été très accueillants, réactifs et ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour parfait. Je recommande à 1000% ce logement, nous avons adoré. Merci encore !!!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans le logement de Constantina, en famille avec ma mon mari et ma fille. L'appartement est situé sur les hauteurs de la charmante ville de Sestri Levante, très confortable, avec une vue magnifique. Idéalement situé pour découvrir la région, entre la Riviera ligure et les Cinq Terre. Lilia e il marito sono degli host meravigliosi e ci hanno assistito in ogni aspetto della nostra breve vacanza con cortesia e professionalità. La Pedro Country House, è una proprietà stupefacente. Grandi camere confortevoli e corredate di tutti i comfort. Perfetto per gruppi numerosi e con uno spazio griglia come non se ne trovano spesso. Non solo l'area all'aperto è molto grande con una grande tavolata, ma anche lo spazio ricavato dalla ex stalla è in grado di ospitare molte persone. La zona non è solo molto bella e tranquilla, ma sorge alle pendici di uno splendido castello Ci sono delle passeggiate nei boschi e nel paese vicino non mancano i ristoranti Consigliamo la Pedro Country House a chiunque abbia voglia di passare qualche giorno in relax e tranquillità
