I specifically went to Mantova to stay in this guesthouse, and everything was wonderful. I am very happy to have stayed in this stylish and historically rich unit. The owner pays great attention to detail, and all the decorations are full of stories and design elements. The kitchen is also the most well-equipped I have experienced among all the Airbnbs I've stayed in. The living experience, location, and accommodation process were all top-notch. I highly recommend it to everyone!

we had a very good time. The studio apartment is in a very central area, perfect location to visit beautiful Mantua. The only flaw was the bed which, being a sofa bed, was not very comfortable (but still comfortable). Helga was a very attentive and helpful host. Everything was clean and tidy.

Giovanni's accommodation is really very nice, well-furnished and comfortable. Being very close to the center, it is easy to get around on foot. It is on the ground floor so it is easy to access but, on the other hand, it is very noisy from early morning given the comings and goings of help. But that's the only flaw. I'd love to come back.

We visited Reggio Emilia for a conference at the Loris Malaguzzi center, the accommodation is very close to the place and was comfortable for our stay. The accommodation is very well equipped and has all the amenities one needs. The host Alberto was very friendly and concerned that everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place if you want to visit Reggio Emilia.

House in the heart of downtown, you can walk anywhere, to all the comforts. Milena isa friendly, kind and caring person. It tells you everything you need to know about your city. In addition, he gave us the possibility to leave the car in his parking lot, even after check-out so that we finished making the tour of Mantua. Going back to Mantua will be a pleasure knowing we could come back to you.

We had a great week in Cremona. It was cold and wet outside but very good in the apartment. The apartment has everything you need. The latter is very clean and in a great location: it overlooks a very quiet courtyard. There's no noise. Free parking is available nearby. Downtown is a 5-minute walk away. There is also a good supermarket within walking distance. It's a really good place to discover the region. Thanks Pietro!

Katerina was a great host, she was very flexible with our check in & out times - really responses to all messages & very kind - the place itself is great, private and quiet and great location - strongly recommend!!

We were warmly welcomed by Angelo. He provided us with many useful tips around the area and was always accessible and also on site. The apartment is very quiet. It's a perfect place to relax. The pool was fantastic and the garden was very well maintained and you could relax wonderfully. We loved the waterfall nearby. By taking a good bath. You absolutely need a car to get to the nearest village. From the apartment to La Spezia it takes about 1 hour and to Pisa about 1.5 hours. We felt very comfortable.

Nice apartment, sufficiently furnished, coffee powder, vinegar, oil and spices available. The city is within walking distance. As a really mini-small criticism, the shower should be mentioned. This is very narrow/small (sliding doors) and the water only flows after a small warm-up phase then without much pressure. We felt super comfortable and would come back at any time and book Vinzenco's apartment

Maria is the best hostess you could wish for! Very kind, left delicious things in the fridge for breakfast and lots of sweets! Her house is beautiful, spacious, very clean and organized. Plentiful linens of excellent quality. Attentive, she responded quickly to any message! We felt at home, surrounded by a lot of affection!

Raffaella was very kind and helpful. She responded to my messages right away and helped us with everything we needed. The house was in the center,quiet clean and comfortable! We had a great stay in Parma!

Everything was perfect and really pretty apartment

Valeria's place offered everything she promised. The pool was still in operation at the end of October and we were able to go swimming. The hot tub was preheated and we were able to use it right away upon arrival. Clean apartment entrance directly from the terrace. We are happy to recommend the place and will gladly book an overnight stay again if the opportunity arises.

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's Day weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the attention to the customer, she provided us with many solutions for activities and restaurants to eat at. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in detail like all the lovely furniture. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm, each one better than the other (yogurt, panna cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). A visit to their farm is a must, because it's really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts into the business up close and, above all, a special thanks goes to Paolo, the owner and father of Alice, who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. What can I say, keep it up and you can't help but have super happy guests who are satisfied with everything you offer. The truly delicious and cozy spa is a treat to try

Dario’s place is the most well stocked Airbnb I have ever come across. He has absolutely everything you could need, from cooking, cleaning items to actually stocked food and drinks, I was stunned how generous he is leaving all those options. The place is so clean and tidy and in a quiet area. As a single female traveller it was also safe and easy to find. Don’t hesitate, book it!

Lovely and large apartment over 3 floors. Very comfortable, clean, secure and peaceful. Comfortable beds, a rainfall shower, coffee machine, lift. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, very close to the Grand Piazza. The parking space was a brilliant amenity. Nice views across Modena rooftops. Highly recommend.

Top of the top. Everything perfect. Missing absolutely nothing. Overly generous host,ample parking, shops and bar near by. Huge esselunga supermercato nearby . 15 minutes drive to Parma fiera. Will definitely be back when near Parma. Many thanks,Edmond
