Not that bad of a neighborhood everything is walkable. Clean beds and quiet neighborhoods. Overall pretty decent place.

What excellent stay, extended this time and will most certainly stay again. Excellent host, left no question unanswered and was very available for assistance in extending. Everything is there that you could need, and most certainly more that is required. This is a model group to set the standard for Host and property.

We had a great stay. Luis was a wonderful host. He was very attentive and responsive throughout our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the location. Travel tip: LA requires driving no matter where you stay. We were able to get to Pasadena, Glendale shopping, and the LA Arboretum easily. With the right timing (driving outside typical work traffic hours) we got to downtown LA, Venice Beach, and Disneyland with ease. The bed and supplied cot were both very comfortable. The kitchen was clean including cookware and dishes, as well as a full-sized refrigerator/freezer for our left overs from local restaurants. There was an a/c we didn’t need and a small electronic fireplace/space heater that was enough to knock the chill out of the room. The unit is away from the main house and is very quiet and private. We felt very safe and comfortable in such a quiet, nice neighborhood. We would definitely recommend and will look to book for a future stay.

Had a fantastic stay! The check-in process was super easy and flexible, which made arriving a breeze. The host was a great communicator—quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of everything, with easy access to local spots. The property itself is a fun, historic gem with lots of character. Very clean and tidy apartment with massive fridge space and well-equipped kitchen. Great for solo travellers and long stays. Throw blanket is super comfortable - couch is a bit too easy to sleep in as a result. Heater is nicely located next to working desk so it was really a lifesaver since I had many early (chilly) morning calls. Speaking of, good internet speed too! Didn’t notice any lag or connection issue during group conferences. Passcode lock is a great convenience since you don’t have to carry anything with you when you leave. Restaurants and groceries are walkable (~15 min) even if you don’t have a car. Neighborhood is quite residential so feels safe. Make sure you have quarters ready for the laundry room that’s across from the apartment! Host replies nearly instantly and very thoroughly. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Stephanie's place. We have stayed in this complex before, but this apartment is much better equipped and located within the complex. Having a second dedicated parking spot for our nearby relatives when they came to visit us was fantastic! Overall, this was a great stay. The kitchen is well-equipped for making meals at home. We would definitely stay here again!

A perfect place to stay in Anaheim! The Appartement was perfectly clean, the garden and the pool were inviting and created such a gentle and relaxing athmosphere. The communication was perfect, too, a definite recommendation!

Great location. Walking distance to the convention center and a few dollars Uber to Disneyland. Resort itself is nice as well - pool, mini-golf and very pleasant front desk personnel if you need anything. Will gladly stay here again.

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

It was a lovely apartment, very comfortable and well located. The instructions were clear, everything was really clean and we had everything we needed. The building was modern, and the parking was close to the apartment, which is convenient when you have many pieces of luggage. The neighbours were nice too. All in all, it was a great experience.

The apartment was in a great location, quiet, safe, close access to interstate and lots of grocery stores and shopping. It was clean and had enough space for us two adults. The large closet was so nice as we had plenty of room for our luggage. There was no problem finding the subdivision; it was just a challenge at first finding the correct apartment, but Simon responded and helped with that. We like to cook our own meals when we travel and the kitchen was adequate for that. We also loved that we could do our laundry as well.

We had an amazing stay thanks to Yovani, quick to respond to our questions and had a very nice place. The rooms are much more spacious than how they look in the pictures, the bedroom is quiet despite the street, and the pool/jacuzzi were really nice at night. Could not recommend this place enough!

Great stay if you're going to Disneyland. Rental had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
