The independent apartment located on the ground floor of our house is composed of a separate bedroom, an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed. It is located in the heart of Bernay on a quiet street, a 7-minute walk from the train station connecting Paris, Caen, Rouen and Deauville and close to shops and restaurants. Bernay is a pleasant small town with Norman half-timbered houses, ideally located 1 hour from the Normandy coast by car (Deauville, Cabourg and Honfleur).

It is located in the charming village of Muids, 1.5 hours from Paris. Muids is located close to Rouen (50 minutes), Giverny (40 minutes) and the Normandy beaches (1 hr 20 minutes from Deauville). In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

The Coudray cottage is a charming cottage with sauna in the heart of the Normandy countryside. On the edge of the forest on one side, the village with its shops on the other, the Pallus gîte is a really nice vacation spot. The cottage is on one level. The kitchen is well-equipped, sleeping area with 3 bedrooms. On the outside, the whole thing is completely enclosed: parking area with garage. The residential area overlooks a forest with beautiful walks to take at the end of the street. Note the proximity to the railway, about 200 m away.

This gite is located on a plot of 7300m², facing south, with a terrace, in a very peaceful environment, 200 meters from a large forest, marked out by hiking trails. This typical cottage offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.
