Small 80-m² house located in the countryside, in a village of 900 inhabitants, served by the A20 highway and the national road 145. Limoges is 30 minutes away, Gueret is 25 minutes away, and Châteauroux is 45 minutes away. The house consists of a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. PLEASE NOTE: SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Bed and bath linens can be rented (notify me in advance). Covered terrace and pets not allowed, non-smoking house.

In an exceptional setting, close to the beautiful Lake Vassivière, come and discover our completely renovated gîte. Le Béchat can accommodate 8 to 10 people, it will seduce you with its services, its noble materials, as well as its environment, in a vast property surrounded by forests, meadows and rivers. Our alpacas, horses, ponies, donkeys, goats, sheep, rabbits, will delight young and old. Beautiful walks also await you in the woods and gardens of the property.

Enjoy this charming, recently renovated apartment located on the second floor of one of the oldest buildings in the city. The spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms and a large living room decorated with objects brought back from our travels. With its central location you can walk to all amenities (sncf train station, shops, restaurants, bars,...). Guests can park their vehicle in one of the city's free parking lots near the property (less than 100 meters away).

Montfolles, rural enjoyment of the Limousin

In our beautiful house, Montfolles, you can relax wonderfully. The house is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. A beautiful private garden where you can enjoy the views. In the village, 200m away, there is a nice restaurant. For cycling and hiking, it is a true El Dorado. Large stores 10 km away. Swimming water 2 km away. The house has 4 bedrooms, 7 beds maximum. Two toilets and two bathrooms. Luxury breakfast is available for 7.5 euros pp.

This charming house can accommodate 2, 3 or 4 people. It is entirely dedicated to the awakening of the senses, everything is designed to spend an unforgettable time there. This mill, completely renovated for your comfort, is located in a green setting where the magic of water reigns everywhere; it will seduce you with its beauty, tranquility and authenticity. You have at your disposal an outdoor Norwegian spa, a barbecue, a pond for lovers of fishing and beautiful hikes. A 12 kWh quick charging socket for your electric car is also available.

In summer, the SPA turns into an INDOOR POOL heated to 33°C, an ideal space to enjoy the water away from the sun and intense heat.

Quiet ground floor studio in a former bakery, with a private terrace overlooking the surrounding fields and woods. Ideal for a naturist couple seeking the peace and quiet of the countryside. Access to the jacuzzi and sauna (available all year round) is free. The host is a member of the French Federation of Naturism (FFN).
