Our studio condo is located at Gulf Shores Plantation Resort Conference Center. The resort has several pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, and many other amenities. We are located on ground level very close to one of the pools. Please message with any questions prior to booking. We’d love to have you! SORRY, NO PETS. Gulf Shores best location!! Beautiful white-sand beach is 3 miles south, Tanger outlet and Foley is a couple miles north. All the vacation traffic is someone else's problem. Get in it if you need to, but you won't have to to get "home" while you're here at the " Sunshine Cottage". The Pinnacle ( Target, Publix, Books-a-million, multi-plex theatre, shopping, a couple ice cream shops and a bunch of restaurants) is a short walk ( or drive) from your front screen porch...You'll love this place !!

You'll be close to everything (shopping, food, city center, water sports, parks, fishing, and golf). You'll love the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The condo has a full size washer and dryer. The bedrooms have a King and Queen bed respectively that fit 4 people comfortably waiting for your enjoyment!!! Everything is brand new after the hurricane!
