Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

We had a wonderful few days at Sabina's place. The apartment was super equipped and had an excellent location. The communication with Sabina worked out very well and was totally friendly. She answered questions at all times and gave us recommendations for the area, open and helpful! We highly recommend the place and would gladly come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at David's home. It was centrally located to our planned activities and pretty private. A few things came up but the hosts were very responsive. All in all, we had a wonderful stay!

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

What an amazing place in a prime location near the beach! We stayed overnight since we had an early morning flight the next day and were very pleased with the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail—from the check-in process to the local snacks and cleanliness—was praiseworthy. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The accommodation was nice and clean. Georgia and her boyfriend were nice and helpful. She accommodated us with a late arrival due to a delayed flight. She also prepared a sweet snack for us. We recommend this accommodation.

It is two minutes from several bus stations which is the cheapest and easiest to use of the transport of Rome, there is a supermarket 5 minutes away I would highly recommend it

Thanks to Iris and Daniella, lovely ladies and superb hosts. Totally responsive, nothing too much trouble. We spend many weeks each year in Rome and when visiting in hot weather like an apartment that has easy access to the centre of the city and also outdoor space for sunbathing, eating etc. Iris place ticked those boxes for us. Ponte Milvio is a super area with lots of great places to eat and drink. A pleasant walk down to the amazing old bridge and you can drop down to the bus station and there is also a fantastic tram service. Very frequent, takes 10 mins to Piazza del Popolo. Romes public transport is so easy to use and exremely pleasant to use and cheap. It became a very enjoyably part of our trip. There is also a bus stop opposite the apartment to save walking to the station. The apartment is a home from home. Everything you could need. We had a very happy three week stay and were well catered for. The apartment's out door space is fantastic with an amazing outdoor kitchen!

In addition to the hot tub, there was even a punching bag for training and a PlayStation 3. When we arrived, Antonio even left us something to eat and also some drinks, such as water, beer and even sparkling wine. Coffee was also provided. So, it was really a great experience and lovely place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Salima's place, who is a very thoughtful and friendly host. We recommend breakfasts on the terrace in the sun, with birdsong. This is a huge asset, because the place is a little too small for 4 people to eat. The location in Rome is great, great for sightseeing! We recommend!

The place was very clean, spacious and beautiful design. Perfect location, right by the train station. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The property is big and gated which made us feel even safer day and night. The sink in the bathroom was spacious and was able to spread our skin care items on it. Make sure you watch through all the videos of getting to the room so you don’t get lost like we did.

Perfect place to stay in Rome if you’re up for a little walking! About a 40 minute walk from major attractions, a 12 minute walk to the bus stations and a 5 minute walk to the train station. There are restaurants and bars right outside the doors, but overall a very peaceful and quiet apartment. Luca was very helpful and responsive, he gave us recommendations and was eager to help with any problems we had.

We stayed at this apartment from January 5th to 9th, and it was an incredible experience! The location could not have been better—right in the heart of Rome, with all the major attractions just a short walk away. The Vatican, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon were easily accessible, and the surrounding neighborhood was filled with charming cafes, restaurants, and shops. On top of the unbeatable location, the apartment itself was beautifully designed. The interior had a stylish, modern aesthetic with thoughtful details that made the space feel truly special. While we spent most of our time out exploring, it was lovely to come back to such a central and cozy spot at the end of the day. If you’re looking for a centrally located and exceptionally designed place to stay in Rome, this is it. Highly recommend!

Loved staying at this apartment in Rome! The view over the neighborhood was awesome, and the location in Trastevere was perfect—super walkable and close to great food and spots to explore. Would totally stay here again!

Very great area that is perfectly connected. I have been to Rome several times and would always stay at Jochen's place. The neighborhood is really great, you can get to the bus super fast to go downtown, has shops, bars and great cafes right on the piazza around the corner - Testaccio is a real dream! In the apartment, everything was also in order and clean :)

This is a very very good host. Marianne made our family holiday to Rome very very easy and pleasant. Some tips: 7min in walk to train station. Neighborhood is very local. No tourists. Great spots coffee and breakfast. You can walk to the colosseum- 60 mins. For everything else we caught the train.

The apartment was, as the description says, charming. Full of period touches as set out in the listing. The hosts went out of their way to be helpful and thoughtful - they decorated the apartment and provided cake and spumante so we could celebrate our granddaughter's birthday, and Giovanni came quickly to our rescue this morning when I managed to get a key stuck in the wrong lock! And as for the "secret room"! The kids had a whale of a time looking for it, and then sleeping in it once it had been discovered. An excellent stay - I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Marina was a really great host. The appartment is well placed and you can walk or take the train to visit Roma. Also a really calm neighborhood!
