Peach, my little Maltese, and I will host you in a private annex with access from a quiet garden that is sheltered from the noise of the street. Many guests experience it as a small, secret corner for relaxation in the heart of the Flaminio neighborhood. The space is compact, independent, and designed for two people, away from the chaos of the historic center but well connected well. The modern design and cozy atmosphere make it more like a small contemporary studio than a traditional apartment.

The double room offers a private bathroom and a dedicated breakfast area, complete with a coffee machine, kettle and fridge. Guests can enjoy a spacious and bright double room overlooking the garden, furnished with a large wardrobe and a spacious table for eating and studying. The private bathroom, adjacent to the room, is for the exclusive use of guests. A corner equipped with a fridge, coffee machine and kettle allows you to comfortably prepare breakfast.

Charming private room with separate bathroom. Room attached to the host's apartment, without common areas. In the center of Rome, Piazza del Popolo, 4th floor with elevator access. The room overlooks a quiet internal courtyard, about 15 m2 with sofa bed (very comfortable 140 cm quality mattress), private bathroom, AC, TV, fridge. Access to the host's balcony upon request. Monuments accessible 15 min walk, shops, restaurants. Metro A 300 m, bus, taxi 100 m.

The room is furnished with shabby white wooden furniture, including a comfortable double bed with memory foam mattresses, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and a work corner with a large Provence-style desk and wardrobe. Attached to the room is a private bathroom, echoing the colors of the sea, equipped with a ceramic sink, shower, sanitary fixtures, personal hygiene soaps, hairdryer, slippers, and towels.

Home by the Dome

From my B&B you have a stunning view of St.Peter's dome! There is a very comfortable double bed & private bathroom. There are also two cats, Wolfie and LolaLola, lurking in the rest of the apartment. With a 7 minute walk you get to the Vatican, and in 15 to the center. Check in before 10pm, please :). I am a registered B&B with the local authorities – QA/2021/12704.

The room with private bathroom is very bright and quiet. The room has an area of 16 square meters with a private bathroom of 3.5 square meters. The room is furnished with a double bed, a console with mirror and armchair, an open wardrobe and a small table. The bathroom is well equipped, the shower and wall covering is made of resin for greater hygiene.

The large and modern double bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed. It includes a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix subscription and a double sofa bed. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower. In addition, the room has a mini-bar, a kettle and air conditioning for a comfortable stay.
