It was a great place to say. I was very comfortable and did not have any problems. There were a lot of restaurants close and the train was a 10-15 minute walk which takes you into Rome.

Ines' place was spacious, clean and calm! It is very close to the airport, so perfect for people flying in or out of Rome.

We needed a place to crash on the evening before we flew home, out of Fiumicino airport. This was a perfect location - only 15 minutes to the airport. We checked in right before dinner, headed down to the Trattoria Della Tore (which was *excellent*) for dinner, and then had easy check out before heading to the airport at 2am. The apartment was so cute and clean and had the best hot water & water pressure of all our Italian accommodations. The hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Brand new, nice layout, many restaurants within walking distance, quiet street. Easy pick up location for uber. We just stayed for a night on our way home from a trip. It was close to the airport and comfortable. They were doing some loud construction down the road but the quality of the windows and doors blocked out the sound amazingly and we were still able to take a nap during the day. The building is brand new and everything feels fresh and luxurious.

Beautiful home right on the beach and very close to the airport! Federica met us upon our arrival and was so welcoming! She made sure we had everything we needed and even provided restaurant suggestions for avoiding issues with a gluten allergy. We enjoyed the sunset and had a restful last night in Italy prior to catching our flight home. We would recommend this home and were sad we only got to spend one night here!

This is hands down one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at. The location is perfect. right on the beach and directly across from a fantastic restaurant. a local grocery store is only a Km walk down the road and they have everything you could need. The Airbnb is actually set up for travelers. it's not just someone renting out a place to make money. they take the time to make sure you are set up to have a fantastic experience. my children walked in hungry from our 8 hour flight, to several snacks with bread, butter and jam. I cannot recommend this enough. We plan on staying here every time we fly into Rome and it is available.

The place was great. All of the local restaurants are amazing, and the staff at each and every one of them were so nice and kind—especially given the fact we don’t speak their language—at least one person at each restaurant speaks English, which makes it super easy, so don’t be intimidated. Michele was very friendly, and check in was easy. Pros: cleanliness; right across from the ocean; 15 min walk to grocery store/train station; safe area; local restaurants; blow dryer; inexpensive to get to the city (€1.50 per person one way, and that ticket works for the entire leg of your trip no matter what form of transportation you take) Cons: longer than 30 mins to get to Rome city center (plan a minimum of 60 mins); unable to control the temperature of the apartment yourself, you must ask the host to do it for you (she did, but it was still a slightly inconvenient).

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

Great place! Had a wonderful stay

What an amazing place in a prime location near the beach! We stayed overnight since we had an early morning flight the next day and were very pleased with the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail—from the check-in process to the local snacks and cleanliness—was praiseworthy. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Giorgia and her family saved the day a number of times during our visit. It started with me causing the elevator to temporarily jam, but she summoned help to get our luggage upstairs. I just needed to remember the inside doors AND the outside door of the elevator both need to be closed! Later in the week, the metro system closed early for weekend repairs and we were stuck in another stop where she guided us how to find a taxi very late in the evening. Her restaurant references were also spot-on! The apartment is impeccably clean and appears recently renovated. It was just perfect to wake up in the morning to see the view of the Mediterranean JUST AS THE PICTURE SHOWS! We really appreciate finding this wonderful home with a host whose personality matches the setting! Fabio was in contact before our stay to provide instructions on the best way to get from the airport and ways to travel round Rome. The apartment was as described and ideally situated to travel in to Rome. We found the centre of Ostia towards the end of our stay and there are great restaurants close by as well. Great place and great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! After a 3-week vacation around Italy, we wanted a quiet place to unwind for the last three days before our flight, and this apartment was perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and, best of all, free from any unpleasant odors – it was refreshing to step into such a well-maintained and welcoming environment. It truly felt like home! The location is great, with the seashore right in front of the house and the port and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Despite its proximity to everything, the area is quiet and private, with a bakery and supermarkets conveniently nearby. Free parking is also available near the house. Communication with Stefano was excellent! He was very accommodating! Highly recommended!

Naoki's place is beautiful. Excellent communication! Super clean and you can feel the love by the care and special touches. The outdoor area has chairs and lounge chairs and you have the entire area to yourself overlooking the water. Sunset was spectacular! If you are lucky enough to find availability here, you will not be disappointed. Hoping I can stay here again! The only thing I would say that I wasn't aware of was that I had to carry my luggage up a flight is stairs and that may be a problem for some. The elevator only goes to the 2nd floor.

What can I say besides a wonderful stay with a wonderful host. Stefano was extremely kind and helpful before we got to the apartment, at our meeting with him at check in, during our stay and at check out. We wanted for nothing during our stay as we he apartment has everything we needed. The supermarket was walking distance and a nice bakery was nearby as well. Even in late October, the sea was awesome to jump into and the balcony and sunset were a plus. I would highly recommend this place and am looking forward to coming back again. Thank you Stefano!
