Great stay for a girls weekend ! Quiet, clean, off the grid, well equipped home. Easy drive to Franklin or leipers fork for restaurants. We didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit due to storms but the screened in patio was just as nice

Cindi is amazing! We met both Cindi and Bob, Spirit, the very friendly and adorable goats, sheep, Gracie, and super cute and friendly Strider, Caspian, and Panda! The location was peaceful, we had the best sleep there. The rain looks amazing out there, the wind chimes sound made our days unforgettable. If you love the serenity of American pastoralism, it's the best place to stay. Thanks for the fresh eggs and everything, Cindi! 🥰

I stayed with my wife and 4 kiddos. The place was better than I had hoped for. It was the perfect getaway for our ten year wedding anniversary. The first drive up the hill, seeing the warmly lit house and front porch, was magical. We spent a lot of time on the front porch swing and watched our kids catch fireflies as the sun was setting. We took walks to the pond and let the kids try their hand at fishing with the provided fishing rods. Wanda and Jerry went above and beyond with us. Left feeling inspired.
