Centrally located. Cozy 550sq ft. Attached Studio with private entry. One queen-sized Bed and 1 love sofa with Bathroom/ Shower. There is one desk, one computer screen with WIFI, that guest can access. Guests also receive 5 complimentary bottles of water and a variety of Starbucks K-cup coffee. Studio also includes microwave and refrigerator. In the desk space, there is a bookcase with a variety of books that guests can read and Cable TV. There is also a Private Patio for guest use.

Close to Everglades National Park, Biscayne National Park, FL Keys, located in the Redland tropical agricultural area. This is a gated property with secure parking for campers, boats, trailers, etc. The studio is totally renovated with the highest quality of materials. Fruit is available to guests when in season and there is usually something in season during the year. TESLA charging is available at parking area (guest must bring their TESLA charging cable).

This is the Closest Airbnb to the airport (3 min drive), 12 min walk to the Airport Car Rental Center and the Metrorail Station. Perfect for layovers as well as longer stays. Great neighborhood! 15-20 min away from most Miami attractions.
