Villa vacation rentals in Florida Keys

Evgeniy's place was a great spot to spend a few days in Hollywood beach. The pool and the back deck offered a great gathering space to hangout while getting some relief from the Florida sun. The house was clean and Evgeniy was very responsive with the few questions I did have.

A great place to stay. Loved the pool side mini beach. Only true complaint is that the ice machine was slow. Just buy a bag of ice at the start of your trip. I would book again

Our group loved the location (easy ride from airport/very easy walk to beach) and abundance of rooms and bathrooms. The house was clean, and the backyard /pool area was great for hanging out. The king beds in the two master bedrooms could be upgraded in our opinion. We found them slightly uncomfortable and squeaky. The back gate was also blowing in the wind as it did not close properly, so we utilized coconuts to keep the door closed so that it didn't bang against the fence and make noise. The pool did not include a hot tub, but that was my mistake for not reading the amenities closely enough. A jetted spa is connected to the pool. The rental company never said it was a hot tub, so this was on me as I assumed it was a hot tub by looking at the pictures. I'm just pointing this out so others don't make my mistake. The pool is heated and was plenty warm though. All in all, I'd recommend this house. The rental company was easy to work with and responsive, and check-out was a breeze!

We had a great weekend! My 80 year old mom had not seen the beach in 30+ years so it was such a treat for her! Great beach getaway with wonderful beach chairs, wagon and towels. Love the area- so close to great restaurants! Thank you!!!

Very pleased with Brian 's rental, wonderful host. Unfortunately, we tried to rent for March 2026 after our first two weeks but, airbnb had already booked it to someone who wanted two months. This was our third year, i had no problem the other two years with rebooking , i was not aware of the rental practices of airbnb.

Ana was absolutely amazing and our stay was great. Her welcome book was full of awesome local recommendations for food and activities. The home was clean, the bed was comfy, and Ana was super flexible. This is probably the best stay we have had at an airbnb before.

Highly recommend! We stayed for a week and had a great time. Place was exactly as shown and had everything we needed. Communication with hosts was easy and responsive. Spent lots of time at the pool. We liked the location with easy access to both Clam Pass and Lowdermilk beaches. Recommend catching a sunset. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping needs. Would definitely go back!

Our house was undergoing a minor renovation and we needed a place to stay that we could take our four-legged baby. This house was the perfect place. It is spacious, fully equipped with everything you may need. The heated pool is a huge plus. Such a relaxing patio. We truly enjoyed staying here. Melissa is a wonderful host. Towards the end of our stay we needed an additional day and she was very accommodating. Highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at this property! The pool was definitely a highlight — very warm, clean, and the whole backyard space was lovely, especially when the ocean was too cold. The house itself is very clean and located on a quiet, nice street, which made for a pleasant environment overall. This house has everything you need for a great time! The home is well suited for families, with the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It would be even better if the host provided a few extra touches geared toward families, like toys or games, to make it feel even more welcoming for kids. This might have been a deliberate choice by the hosts but some easy/simple board games would have been great. A couple of things to note: there wasn’t anywhere to hang towels in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the air conditioning unit was quite loud (beware light sleepers), and since this is a duplex, we could hear the neighbors through the walls — both their conversations and footsteps.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and looking just like the pictures. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the space was comfortable and welcoming. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. Great small house. Extremely well appointed with cozy furniture and thoughtful design. Very clean and resembled the photos, exactly . The backyard space is wonderful, small but with lots of amenities, like a hammock, barbecue grill and expanding table . It is perfect size for a family of four or two couples. I was there on a work trip and the location was perfect for me, close to the highway and easy access to downtown Fort Lauderdale . Neighborhood is quiet, although homes are quite close together. I would rebook this property!

We stayed for 3+ weeks over Christmas and NYE in Niki’s Naples villa. The house, the lanai and the garden provide a Florida home away from home - it’s tidy and spacious, yet cosy and homey. Walking, cycling, driving and parking inside the Briarwood gated community feels so safe. Our favourites: 1. The villa’s layout with high floor-to-ceiling height, four bedrooms, three baths and the living room, kitchen and lanai at its heart. 2. Fishing in the canal just behind the house. 3. Briarwood’s well kept, pleasant neighbourhood with nice sunny walks and bike rides, pickleball courts, basketball and more. Lastly, Niki was a great host and made our stay a breeze by being service minded, accessible and professional. Niki made our booking and our stay run smoothly.

This was our second stay at this property, this time was even better than the first. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, the outdoor area is fun, and the location is great for our family visits.

Was great for our large group celebrating a bachelorette! Appreciated the ability to drop our bags off early. Layout of 5 bedrooms each with their own bathroom was great for getting ready (will note one of the bedrooms is a studio sep from the house). Only thing missing is more outlets in the bedrooms but we made it work. Living room was well sized with very comfy couch. Neighborhood felt very safe. Easy to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. Casey was helpful and sent more paper products quickly when we ran out. House itself was very clean and we really enjoyed the hot tub. House overall was great for our needs and enjoyed our stay

Fantastic Miami retreat! Our family loved this Airbnb, perfectly suited for families or multiple families. The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The house offered a plethora of activities, keeping everyone entertained. Conveniently located, with downtown Miami, Miami Beach, and the Everglades just a short drive away. Highly recommend!

This was a great place with a great location. Very convenient to the stores, only about 15-20 mins drive to the beach, and the pool was kept clean.

We had a fantastic stay at Dmitrii’s place! The home was spacious and perfect for a group of friends — the rooms were a great size, and the overall layout made it super comfortable for everyone to relax and enjoy. The beds were especially comfortable, which made coming back after a long day out even better. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use the pool as we were constantly on the go exploring the city, but it looked very inviting — hopefully next time! As a first-time Airbnb user, I had quite a few questions, and Dmitrii was incredibly patient and quick to respond every time. His timely and helpful communication really put me at ease and made the whole experience smooth. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area — would definitely stay here again!

The house is incredibly spacious and uncluttered, offering a serene, retreat-like atmosphere. There’s a peaceful zen space complete with a sauna, and the pool area features actual sand, enhancing the sense of an escape. The outdoor space is just as inviting, with a comfortable sitting area, a grill, and a deck with tables for dining al fresco. Inside, the beds were impeccably clean and so cozy, with pillows that were actually fluffy—something you don’t always find in Airbnbs. I highly recommend a stay here. The house is equipped with a wide range of cooking and grilling utensils, making it easy to enjoy meals at home. All in all, we had a wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This was a very big house (our kids kept saying mansion) in Miami Springs, with lots of stuff to keep everyone entertained- foosball, billards, cornhole, old style Pac-Man/ Donkey Long video game console, darts, plus a pool and hottub. We had plenty of room to hang out and to sleep. The location is perfectly fine though the house is a bit far from Miami Beach. Rick was a great host and very easy to communicate with.
