Villa vacation rentals in Florida Keys

The home was immaculate and spacious. Peaceful neighborhood, safe and easy walk over bridge to boardwalk. Had a wonderful time!

I can’t say enough about this vacation experience. There were 13 of us including a one month old. The amount of items to accommodate the baby and all the children was amazing including a baby gate around the pool. There was a fantastic park and workout zones steps outside the back fence including a small beach and access for fishing. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and tons of plates and silverware. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels available. The communication was outstanding whenever we had a question or concern. I highly recommend this location and would come here again.

Loved our stay here! Very private pool and the tiki bar/outside ice maker, was amazing. The house was clean and comfortable with the most comfortable beds ever! The only down side was the location for boating. The dock was excellent and the trip to the 7 mile bridge to fish was conveniently close, however, to do any ocean boating or fishing, the distance thru the sailboat/houseboat harbor was long and we encountered some not so friendly types through there. Over all, to stay and enjoy the privacy of the canal and pool, this was top notch!!!

We hosted a small gathering of 14 and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place. The home is stunning, with beautiful turquoise tones and a serene waterfront backdrop—ideal for pre-wedding photos. The outdoor kitchen and waterfall added elegance and made the space feel extra special. It had everything we needed and more. Whether for a celebration or a relaxing family getaway, this house is truly exceptional.

Brian’s place was exceptionally clean. We slept great in the beds. Shower pressure was great. We enjoyed cooking on the grill. Kids enjoyed watching Netflix. Saw a manatee in the canal, that was cool. Great location. Felt very safe walking in the neighborhood. Adored the staff at the Cabana club and the great food and service there. Pool was very clean and great to be right on ocean. Cannot fault this rental in any way. Also Brian checked in with us which was a personal touch that was appreciated. Awesome place!!

The villa was superb. Easy to find, and close to the local private beaches. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The villa was exactly as per the photographs, pleasantly decorated and felt modern with ample light and space. The pool felt heated and the garden seating area was a nice touch. The furniture outside did have some stains, but this seems natural due to being left outdoors. The additional fridge in the utility room was greatly appreciated, and the villa and kitchen area was more than sufficient to accommodate our group of eight (family). I would recommend the property having additional pillows available, for guests who do not prefer the memory foam "harder" pillows. Beds appeared comfy and with clean linen. Overall a fantastic property, and I would recommend staying here if you are considering this area.

Karen was a great host who was very flexible with our early flight for check-in. We absolutely loved the Airbnb and the great outdoor area and pool. We definitely recommend this to anyone looking to be close to beach who also wants a private pool to relax and lounge.

Karen was an amazing host. She was both friendly and responsive the entire time and was extremely flexible with all of our requests. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. She even had a snack basket and a coffee machine set up with everything ! It was really well thought out and very clean and pleasant to be in. The girls and I had the best time in this spacious house that’s perfect for a getaway. Would highly recommend staying here, as Ubers in Miami are pretty cheap and everything was not that far. It’s worth it and was a great deal!

We loved our stay- these hosts really set a new bar for family friendly amenities. Many AirBnB’s we’ve stayed cover the basics- a crib, a few books and maybe a high chair. This place went above and beyond- crib, bottle brush and drying rack, baby bath tub with baby towels, kids tableware, sound machines in every bedroom, games, toys and books, kids pool toys and kids+baby life vests, the list goes on! This place has it all, just bring your clothes and a toothbrush and you’ll have a wonderful vacation here. The hosts set up a sweet spread of wine with grapes and cheese for our arrival and stocked the fridge with bottled water and set up music to set the tone. Beds were comfortable and the place was impeccably clean and organized. Would highly recommend this place for other families looking for a comfortable and well stocked place!

The house was well equipped with all of the essentials. We had 8 adults and plenty of room. We did have to wash towels a few times, and buy more laundry soap, but the washer and dryer were conveniently located on the main level. The pool was smaller than what the pictures showed, but it perfectly suited our needs. All members of our party viewed the listing before we booked it and none of us realized it was a twin home. However, there is tons of privacy and the only times we noticed we had neighbors was when the shared dock was used. We had to buy a cooler (for poolside and the beach) and beach chairs. There were some pool floaters left behind, from previous guests that we used. The interior of the home is beautiful, with high ceilings and comfortable furniture. This is in a great location - close to grocery stores, restaurants and Sombrero beach! Monica was great to work with!

The backyard was fun for the kids. The beds were comfortable and had nice linens. There was lots of space for our family. The bathrooms were nicely renovated. This house was nice but I would not describe it as luxury. I felt the pictures on the listing looked more luxurious than reality. I should have done more research, but this house is in a very average neighbourhood. If you are looking for a touristy luxury community vibe this wouldn’t be the stay for you. The property manager was very friendly and super responsive.

We absolutely loved our long weekend stay at Larissa and Erkan’s! The house has the perfect layout and furniture for a group of friends or family. We spent so much time in the beautiful backyard with great lounging space and an awesome pool and hot tub. The backyard really was a tropical oasis with great proximity to all Miami has to offer. Larissa and Erkan were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend!!

We were looking for a larger stay in the keys, and Jose’s home fit the bill perfectly. It was spacious, spread over only 2 floors (vs 3 floors for most properties in Kawama). The top floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is recently remodeled (incl. the kitchen and the bathrooms). The lower floor is slightly less new but still in good shape. It has the 3rd bedroom and bathroom. Provided were a club car for our use, 2 kayaks, bikes, towels, snorkeling gear… great for spending time in the lagoon (which is essentially an enclosed salt water pool). Overall great stay in Key Largo. Thank you Jose!

Igor was very helpful- we made a mistake on our end and invited some friends over Igor was curious of who they were and had a very friendly conversation with him-- just make sure to communicate with them if you have additional guests coming over to hang out. they are amazing and are wonderful at communicating! 10/10 Airbnb and would highly recommend it they aren't a management company, they run this solo so they really do a good job with service, communication and keep the property looking amazing, compared to some management companies running it

We had a nice time at Motty's place. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. Bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Great surroundings, restaurants, stores. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay here, I’ll recommend this to my family & friends for sure, very spacious & comfortable for a group of friends or a pair of couples, the set up at this apt is beautiful, I actually wanna know what kind of couches are those that way I can buy them for myself Lol, thank you for having us Ruth, I’ll definitely look into staying here again the next time I’m in Miami.

Everything went so smooth from the time I booked our stay …. Communication was top notch. While staying we did have an issue with a power loss that was out of anyone’s control and the management was right there to get it restored…. Place was exactly as described! Very clean…. Modern home. The eight of us felt right at home …. We had a few friends stop by to visit us and they completely loved the home as well ….. great pool …. Grill … bball court… patio ….. I will definitely rent this home again. Location was perfect…. Food … shopping…. Gas and so close to beautiful beaches …. During school hours it gets quite congested with vehicles with a school being across the street but hey if that’s the only negative thing that’s nothing! FIVE STARS!

We had great stay! If we come back to Key West, we will definitely stay here again. The Avant team was highly responsive and great to work with. Check in and check out was extremely easy.
