Thank you Martha your place is just what the doctor ordered!! Relaxing, right on the water, Bay view is a plus, city view at night, chairs and towels w/ umbrellas plus while on the beach soaking in the sun and water GREAT!!!!! Will be back.

This bungalow is comfortable and well-stocked for a short or longer stay, and we had a lovely time. Everything is well organized inside, and there are clear directions and thorough recommendations for the area. The bed is soft, the posters on the walls are funky, and the kitchen has a small but useful selection of tools for cooking. It is about 15 minutes’ drive along the main Keys highway to the central part of Marathon with grocery stores, a nice sandy town beach, and plenty of places to eat. This bungalow is attached to another unit with a yard space and grill that is individual to the unit, but you’ll see and hear your neighbors. The small community it is in has lots of units very close together but this one and its neighbors are tucked back among greenery so there is some privacy from the general community. There is a fishing pier, swimming pool, laundry room, and boat docking area that are all available. This was a cozy and comfortable spot for our first trip to the Keys.

If you are looking for a place to stay that's away from the partying and busy spots this is a great location. Easy walk to the Salute! on the beach, nice garden club to visit, too. Bikes were very convenient, but the heat pushed us to use Lyft often. Private Patio was a wonderful area to wind down, or sit while you want the 30 seconds for your Lyft to pop around the corner. Nice place!

Gorgeous spot! We stayed 3 nights and felt right at home in Laurie’s beautifully decorated apartment. It was very comfortable & we loved the pool and pool bar & the beach was stunning! I highly recommend this spot while visiting the area.

It was the perfect location that we wanted away from a high tourist area. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming. Everything was clean and beautiful. I would stay here again! It was perfect for us exploring both the southern and northern keys and beaches since it's about middle of the 2. Loved it!

Loved our stay here at Zachary's place. The condo was stunning, and there was so much to enjoy nearby. Zachary was super responsive and helpful with everything, especially with trying to reserve a slip for our boat at the marina. Would absolutely stay here again and can't wait to.

We loved our stay at Richard’s condo and would highly recommend his condo to others. It had everything and more than we needed for the week. He was very kind in his emails and made sure we were treated like a royal family! We loved our host, she did such an amazing job at keeping us informed, answering questions, and giving recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Our stay was wonderful. The location offered us plenty of places to explore. The condo was immaculate with great amenities.

This is exactly the kind of stay we were hoping for. The building is in a very quiet and safe area. About a 10 min and $15-20 uber to Duval st. The space was very clean and spacious for our group of 3 + dog. The pool was never crowded and the general store in walking distance has everything you need. THE VIEW OF THE SUNSET IS UNMATCHED! Do yourself a favor and stay at Mike’s place if you ever find yourself on island time.

host was very respectful & communicated well! this place gave my trip a luxury experience! just wish it was a little more disinfected and a broom for after beach sweep up. there was a little hair missed in the shower from previous guest and a dead roach left under the blind, but that’s a good sign to me to let me know there had been some type of bug spray implanted down which made me more secure! other then that they have an amazing private patio with a shower & jacuzzi that’s pre heated and you don’t have to wait for it to heat up! it has a hard cover that’s easy to remove & place . the bathroom is luxurious with not 1 or 2 shower heads but 3!!! when traveling to pompano i will definitely book this same location ! it’s so close to the beach and convenient for fun!!

We had a great time at Diana’s place. We loved being able to use the available kayaks and fishing gear! Diana was super responsive and gave us some great recommendations. Moon bay was the perfect choice for our family of 5! Thanks Diana

This rental is a great and significantly cheaper alternative to booking a room through the W South Beach. Communication was excellent and check-in at the W Residence desk was a breeze. You are basically staying at the W and are afforded access to all of the amenities just as if you had booked a room through Marriott. The room itself was immaculate and clean with an outstanding view. One thing to know about the W is depending on your room/suite location, it is possible to get stuck with a balcony that sits adjacent to a neighboring balcony which offers little privacy. This balcony of this unit offered great privacy with no other balconies adjacent. It is also located on the 17th floor at the beach end of the building resulting in excellent views. Highly recommend!

it was an amazing experience the picture are great but once you get there the house is much better in person it’s super relaxing snd feels right at home

We loved our whole stay! Perfect spot really close to the boat ramp. The outside patio was amazing and was perfect to grill out. We really enjoyed our whole stay and would definitely recommend! They also had the place stocked with everything you may need during the trip
