Loft vacation rentals in Floresta

We had a lovely stay in this spacious apartment, which includes one double bedroom and one single bedroom. All the bedrooms and the living room open onto a large balcony—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening breezes. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, including a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. Air conditioning units in the main bedroom, living room, and kitchen kept the space comfortable. The bathroom is simple but clean and functional, with a shower. Please note the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but the location more than makes up for it—close to attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, and open-air markets. The hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, meeting us at the apartment and offering great advice on things to see and do, including day trips and how to get around. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay here, the apartment was really clean and in a great location, and the bed was so comfy! There’s plenty of space, and the decor is really unique. It’s perfect walking distance into the centre of Catania where you can find all the restaurants and bars you need. Andrea responded really quickly and helped us with anything we needed. Would recommend this place.

Excellent location for us to make trips to Mount Etna and Toarmina. Beautiful apartment with parking right outside the door. Were very kindly received by Marco and got great tips for eating something nearby.

Maria Ida's apartment is magnificent, comfortable, cozy, very well cared for. Two steps (literally) from Piazza Universita', so very central. It's large and has a sizable, very well-stocked library. Ida and Gaspare complete the picture with their thoughtfulness and (not to be underestimated) generosity. You can see at first glance that they do it out of passion and nothing else... Viviana was a wonderful host, I felt like I was staying at the home of a friend. She and her partners restaurant downstairs is amazing!! Delicious food and wine. Brucoli is the the perfect place for someone seeking somewhere quiet and beautiful with a view of Etna across the bay. I will be back! She was very responsive and helpful.

Really lovely place, excellent location with everything you need. Vanessa was extremely communicative and everything was well explained. Balcony area is very big which is great for outdoor eating and chilling. Definitely recommend

I stayed for a month on a search for my new city. It was a cute little apartment, great for me. If you really like to cook, the kitchen may be small but it was perfect for me to make breakfast and simple meals and snacks. Any time I had questions, the team was great at responding quickly, even on weekends. great place.

Our stay was amazing! Lots of great local markets and restaurants within walking distance. About 45 min from Taormina and Syracuse, both wonderful to visit! The apartment was just as described and looks just like the pics. We had everything we needed and had a great time! Thanks for everything!

We highly recommend this apartment. Very spacious, bed and linens were high quality and the apartment was extremely clean and well taken care of. Easy walk to all the sites and host was extremely responsive and helpful with suggestions for our visit.
