Townhome vacation rentals in Floresta

I spent a week's vacation in a very cozy and clean environment, with new furniture and a comfortable bed, excellent bathroom with a large shower with hydromassage. Both Tony and his mom were very nice, making themselves available for any need. Breakfast also met my expectations.

Beautiful property with a wonderful host!

Exactly what we wanted. After a long flight, we knew we wanted a private, quiet space, with gorgeous views, and access to the ocean and a pool - and that is exactly what we got. It was serene. Rita and Sebastiano were easy to communicate with, and check in was a breeze. The apartment has the cutest touches. I love the decor. The porch is perfect to relax and read and enjoy the sun rise. The plants are very impressive. The view of Etna, stunning. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we made all our meals. The walk to the water is easy, and the ladder to the sea, makes it so easy to get in and out. The pool is deep and the cleanest pool I’ve ever been in. And finally, I’m a cat lover, so was so happy to meet the neighborhood kitties and have them greet us. A wonderful stay!

Not far from the beach and isola Bella. Easy to take the gondola to Taormina. Perfect if you are more beach oriented and prefer to visit shopping. Paid parking at the hotel across the street. Clean and modern apartment. Expect stairs!

Cozy, lovingly furnished Sicilian apartment. Perfect for family with children. In the immediate vicinity of the beach. From there, all attractions on the east coast are easily accessible within an hour's drive with a rental car.

Quite frankly, it's better than the photos. We had everything available (bed linen, parasol, kitchen accessories...). Lendroit is pleasant, right next to the shared pool (but very few people) and a view of the etna. A pebble beach 100m away. The only regret I can have is the lack of air conditioning downstairs, it's very hot in Sicily in this period (there is air conditioning in the rooms). Also a nightlife quite far from the place of residence. Otherwise everything was perfect, I recommend it. The host is available quickly (stefano) and ketty who speaks a little French 😀 is really great. Thank you for spending 2 weeks in this beautiful setting. I would highly recommend it.

The apartment is very quiet in a beautiful complex and the best part, you just have to walk a few steps across the street and you are on a really nice big beach. The path in the complex to the apartment smelled so incredibly good of jasmine who bloomed everywhere. Walking and small bars can be reached. To explore the other area you absolutely need a car, but there is also a private parking space in the complex. The apartment was clean and everything was exactly as described in the listing. We enjoyed it really very much. The contact with the host was very nice and if we had any problems or questions, he was always available. Thank you again to our hosts on this path! We felt very comfortable in the apartment and would love to come back!

We had an amazing week here. The house was lovely. We stayed with another couple and there baby. The view was breathtaking and the house was very comfortable for the week we spent there. The private beach access into the stunning ocean, never got old. The only thing worth noting was - the house was located in a difficult position if you did not feel comfortable walking on a busy narrow road with all the traffic. We did not have a car ( if you did it would be no worries) We found it really dangerous walking down the road with our family and we resorted to catching a Uber up into town and back each day as we found it too risky to walk on the road. Apart from this, everything else was great and the host was very easy to contact.

Lovely place. We had the entire villa called The Residence. 12 of us in total and enough space for all. Marika looked after us with breakfast on the terrace every morning :) Only downside in our opinion (which has nothing to do with the villa) is the area/ location. It seemed very ‘run down’. But over all a great stay!! Thank you

The accommodation is inconspicuous from the outside, but from the inside it convinces with a great architecture. We enjoyed the open floor plan over 2 floors very much. The furnishings are of very high quality and convincing with high design standards. The ensuite bathroom on the upper floor is large and bright, which is very spacious on the ground floor. Both are fully equipped. The kitchen is great and the living area is also spacious. We didn't get to get to know Valeria, but her father greeted us at check-in. He doesn't speak Italian but it still worked. It was quite warm in the house and despite air conditioning we couldn't really cool it down which was a bit exhausting at night. Otherwise everything is great!

Everything is great. The house is very spacious, with everything you need. The garden area and pool are the best. I would definitely come back.

We had a great stay at Rosario's place! The host was extremely friendly, communication went smoothly and we received a lot of helpful information in advance. We were particularly grateful for his tips on excursions – e.g. the note to take the bus to Taormina, which has proven to be very convenient, as there are only a few parking spaces there. The house was pleasantly quiet at Easter time and in a very clean, well-kept condition. You can tell there's a lot of emphasis on comfort and cleanliness. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. The accommodation was also ideal as a starting point for excursions in the area.

Marco made sure that we understood the check in instructions prior to our arrival, he also recommended some great restaurants. On arrival, parking was relatively easy to find. The space was exactly like the pictures, and he even included bottles of water and coffee as an amenity. The bathrooms were well stocked with toilet paper and linens, and a full kitchen was available with glassware and such. The only possible downside is the interior staircase is a narrow spiral, but so are many others in the area. A more spacious staircase is available outside, leading to the upper floor and also the beautiful terrace. Further, riposto is a well serviced town with plenty of restaurants and via car is close to Catania and Naxos and tormina, as well as etna.

Alisa’s house was immaculate. Equipped for everything you need for a short or long stay. High quality furnishings and a magnificent volcano view from the bedroom, kitchen, and roof terrace. The village is charming and the locals kind and welcoming. We highly recommend this place.

Doris and her family do everything to make you feel at home. If you are still hesitating where to stay, choose this place!! We were greeted with fruits and cake for us, advise where to go in the area and just overall a super friendly atmosphere. The place is extraordinarily clean and beautiful. Didn’t know it was possible but the terrace is even prettier in real life than on the photos! Comfy bed and well equipped kitchen made the whole stay perfect. We were very sad to leave and will definitely be back soon.
