Orvin is a great host, he's super nice and you'll feel very comfortable at his place. The beds are lovely. Take advantage of the pool because it is also a great place to spend the morning or afternoon... I recommend that you rent a car and go visit all the beautiful places around.

Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! Our stay at Andrés’ Airbnb was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described—if not better! The attention to detail was outstanding. The kitchen was fully equipped and the outdoor space was a lovely bonus for relaxing evenings. Communication with Andres was seamless. He was responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our experience memorable. His local recommendations for dining and activities made our trip even better. The location was perfect—close to the mall and Isla de Flores, yet peaceful and quiet. We can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and will definitely be back next time we’re in Flores, Guatemala! A spotless and cozy place, definitely much better than what you see in the photos, the area is very quiet and safe, the house does not need anything, it is very well equipped, everything in good condition and smells very good. Delightful rest. Israel the Guardian was very kind, respectful and helpful gave us excellent service as did the owners. They made us feel confident during the stay. Very happy and grateful, without hesitation I will return again..

Nice place, easy access, Thomas is an excellent host, he supported us at all times, very close to the island of flowers, the tuk-tuks pass by very often and you can get anywhere, pharmacies and food places nearby, fair price, clean accommodation, if you need internet to work it is very good speed, I would come back again.

amazing place in the middle of nature! we had a very rejuvinating stay in the yellow cabin, surrounded by animals and birds. the restaurant on the property is also incredible, we were very pleased to eat every single meal there. :) we also enjoyed a very special christmas menu on christmas eve. Alice was very helpful and sweet, wonderful place, 100% recommend! note: if coming by car the road up is a bit steep but we made it in our mini suv.

It's spacious and clean. It has all the amenities, the internet is unstable and slow but the place is worth it, maybe next time they'll fix it, it's a general problem in Peten.

I had a great stay in Flores! The home was clean, modern, and really comfortable which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The living room was cozy, the furniture was well-kept, and the space had everything I needed. The location was ideal as it was safe, easy to find, and within walking distance to the island. There were plenty of food options nearby, and transportation was super convenient with tuk-tuks and taxis available right outside. It was also a bonus to have laundry on-site, which made it easy to clean up before returning home. Overall, I felt very at ease here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Flores!

I really liked the modern place and the ability to escape the rich heat of Peten

The accommodation was perfect and a 5-minute walk to the airport. It's perfect if you have a very early flight in the morning because you just have to cross the road. It was really secure, there are guards near the residence. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and a cleaning lady comes every day. You can wash your clothes for 60 quetzals per machine with 15 quetzals of laundry. If you want to go to Flores Island, it takes 40 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by tuk tuk (about 20 quetzal for two people) I recommend it!

Jonathan was super kind and his place was great with AC after a hot day in Tikal. He gave us expert local recommendations as well. The apartment is super safe and spacious with 2 private bedrooms and bathrooms!
