"Patamande2" Heated pool – 12 km from the sea – Playground

Cottage of about 65 m². It consists of: Ground floor: An equipped kitchen open to a courtyard that is not overlooked (garden furniture + private barbecue) + air-conditioned living room + S. D. B + W. C independent. On the 1st floor, 2 large bedrooms with closets and air conditioning. (old stairs may not be suitable if mobility problems). Quiet with courtyard + playground (swing, trampoline, slide) and pool shared with another accommodation. TV + DVD, Wi-Fi Pets prohibited Heated pool from May to end of September.

Small semi-detached house, 25 m2, fully equipped kitchen, cleaning products provided, linens provided and bed made. Equipped bathroom, walk-in shower. 80 cm TV, free Wi-Fi. Documentation. Visit to my Painting Workshop, painting classes possible if you wish. Private parking in front of the accommodation. Located in Pomerols, a small wine village, between the sea and the hinterland. Close to beaches, Marseillan, Étang de Thau, Cap d'Agde, Pézenas. No pets. 07 and 08, weekly rental.

You will appreciate the calm and atypical of this Cosy apartment in the heart of the village of Florensac. You will enjoy its exterior in the center of the village, while being 5 minutes from Marseillan town, 15 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from Agde train station. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our main residence, so you may meet us, or meet our adorable dog Patoss. We will take the opportunity to give you the right tips and good tables from home .

Charming little village house located in the historic center of Vias, 2 km from the sea and 1.5 km from the Canal du Midi, comprising on the ground floor, living room + open kitchen. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with bathroom and toilet. SMALL DETAIL: As indicated above, it is a village house which is what makes it charming and therefore, no parking space right in front! On the other hand, there are many opportunities to park nearby as there are free parking lots.

We welcome you to the ground floor of a village house, winegrower style close to the church and the shops of the city center. Absolute tranquility and silence in this small loft adjoining a large sunny courtyard. Swing, hammock, deckchairs, barbecue and outdoor shower. The beach is 13 minutes by car or a little more by bike by taking a path through the vineyards and the bike path. Lido Beach separates the lagoon that is the Étang de Thau and the Mediterranean Sea.

To locate the village a little, we are 15 km (about 1/4 hour) from Cap d'Agde and its beaches, 13 km from Marseillan beach. We are also 10 minutes from Pézénas, the city of Molière. If you like peace and quiet then our apartment will seduce you. Put down your suitcases and go for a walk in the vineyards on foot, there are many paths.
