One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Wide view over the entire Passeiertal on untouched herb meadows in relaxing tranquility. In winter, guests have direct access to the Ratschings-Jaufen ski resort. Skis can be put on in front of the cabin and the fun on the slopes can start immediately! Alternatively, extended winter hiking or ski tours can be undertaken in the deep snow.

Hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, bus stop (bus free with guest card!!!) close by! Large storage room for bicycles, skis,...... waste separation. We like to speak German, English and Spanish.

15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.

The whole group will feel comfortable in this spacious and special place. The apartments are fully equipped, also with dishwasher and an elevator. In addition, our house is certified as a climate house A and all rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. In a common room with quooker, tea kitchen, reading nook and billiards, guests can enjoy their holiday. There is also a vegetarian breakfast, food from the region also pre-cooked.

From there you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains and Inn valley, both in summer and winter.

We rent our log cabin in a very quiet location with wonderful views and an extremely cozy atmosphere. It has been lovingly renovated. Our guests have at their disposal: a large living room, new kitchen, sunny conservatory, bedroom, small bedroom, anteroom, bathroom, toilet. Also: large terrace and large garden to be used in the east of the house. We are happy to inform our guests and are usually available in person.

Farnhaus. Loft above Merano with a view

A gigantic view, a private terrace and two new and stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.
