It has a living room with a sofa(bed for 2 people), dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a beautiful balcony looking at the street and the old town of Vrsar. There is free parking in front of the house, free WiFi & air conditioning. Also, I will give you a free parking card for Vrsar public parking. Location is 500m from the city center and 750m from the beach. There is a restaurant, a playground, and a store 50m from the apartment.

The Studio1 is located in the quite and very famous neighbourhood in Poreč city. We always make sure our guests feel welcomed providing cold beverages in the fridge (water, beer, soda…)

This year, the home returned to the family, gained a new bedroom, a bathroom, and exclusive access to the backyard, which is a great asset.

The house is in a village near Porec (4 km). The village is quiet and the house is remote from noice and crowd. The village is near the main intersection (5 km), which connects all the major centers in Istria (Rovinj, Pula, Rabac, Umag, Novigrad). You can not walk to the beach and sea but by car is 7 minuts away. The yard is large and fenced and with lot of plants and is ideal for families with small children. The supermarkets (Koufland, Lidl etc.) are 2 km away.

Danijela and her son are extremely kind and helpful. As I don’t have a car, they drove me on two mornings to town centre. The cottage is cosy , homely and personal with a lovely garden. I slept very well because of the fresh air and tranquility.

Beautiful house in authentic Istria renovated, tastefully furnished with magnificent garden which is very stylishly designed. We lacked nothing, especially we enjoyed the air conditioning at almost 40 degrees and the high quality mosquito protection on all the windows, so the nights were possible with open windows. Ivana is a warm and friendly host.

Even if it was just a one-night stop, we were extremely satisfied with Zoran and his family. Everything was very clean, great to reach and Zoran is very accommodating. Here you can also stand for much more than just one night. Recommended is the Redtaurant "Konoba Daniela" - definitely try the Beef Tatar. You will love it.

Natasa and her family were very lovely and friendly. Natasha's mom and dad welcomed us since Natasa was working and they were extremely sweet with us. The size of the appartment was just perfec for us. You find everything you need in it. it was very clean and the bed was surprisingly very comfortable. The location was ideal; just a few minutes walking distance from the town and a place to park our car. We had an amazing stay at their place.

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.
