Bright apartment w/ sunny balcony in Vrsar

A lovely apartment on the first floor of the house. It has a living room with a sofa(bed for 2 people), dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a beautiful balcony looking at the street and the old town of Vrsar. There is free parking in front of the house, free WiFi & air conditioning. Also, I will give you a free parking card for Vrsar public parking. Location is 500m from the city center and 750m from the beach. There is a restaurant, a playground, and a store 50m from the apartment.

Our tiny house is self-standing(26m2). House is positioned in the green recreational area next to bike and jogging trail just 450 meter from beautiful natural attraction Lim Fjord or just 1 km from Vrsar marine and public beach. It has private parking, open terrace, grill and nice garden(500m2) with olive trees. Garden and house have plethora of sun during the whole day. It's equipped with kitchenette, washing machine, linen and towels, WIFI, TV and air conditioning.

This was a perfect place for our family of four. The house was super clean and very welcoming for us with a beautiful full sized kitchen. The area is very nice and quiet in March when we were there. We walked to the ocean and the grocery store they are quite close.

The house is wonderful for 3 families (6 adults +3 children under 2 years). We had a wonderful stay! There's nothing missing. Questions and suggestions were processed quickly. One of the 3 bedrooms cannot be darkened because there is a window without a roller shutter. That's the only thing I can complain about. I'd love to come back.

The accommodation is located in the center of the ancient village and is very welcoming and clean, in a truly quiet environment. The journey from the house to the port and the neighboring beaches is walkable, although the uphill stretch made under the scorching sun turned out to be a little tiring. The owner was helpful and kind; overall it was a positive experience, which we recommend.
