In a new look, Omi's nest reopens the doors. We rent out our newly renovated 3.5 room apartment in a rural area. You will find great hiking and walking trails as well as excellent bike paths in the nearby forest or along the river. There are still numerous activities nearby, such as a swimming pool, museums, a zoo, a riding stable, a large golf course and much more. You can quickly reach Winterthur, St.Gallen, Lake Constance by car

House in Walenstadtberg. The accommodation can be used by 3 to 11 people. Experience a unique, spacious and family-friendly accommodation 200 m² with sauna and gym. Private house with fantastic views of the Swiss mountains. Different designed rooms await you. The large, open kitchen has a cozy dining area. The beautiful lounge with excellent mountain views makes breakfast, lunch or dinner a unique experience.

The cozily furnished studio (first floor) is located at 800 meters above sea level in a quiet residential area. From the sunny seating area you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Alpstein (Säntis). A grill bowl is available there. The bus or Appenzellerbahn train can be reached within a 10-minute walk. Within 10 km there are various leisure facilities (mini golf, swimming pools, hiking, skiing, biking).

Bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. Free high-speed Wi-Fi and private parking space in front of the house.

"Find peace in nature, immerse yourself in the diversity of Appenzellerland". Embedded in a unique landscape with a magnificent view that never gets boring. Temporary construction site on the neighbouring property: Between April 25 and June 26, a construction project will be realised on the property 100m away, which may lead to disturbances with noise and construction vehicles.

Attic apartment

The upstairs apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom (bed 160cm) and a living room with sofa bed. Second bedroom (bed 140cm) is adjacent to the apartment. A small seating area with a covered smoking area is also available. Allergy sufferers: pets live in the lower area of the house. Smokers: only outside!

First floor apartment 2.5 rooms with garden

Discover the area from our ideally located apartment. Visit the nearby Chocolarium comfortably by bus or on foot. Good train connections to Zurich, St. Gallen and Lake Constance make our apartment in Flawil the perfect starting point for your excursions. Shopping and a beautiful children's playground are in the immediate vicinity.

Luxurious and simple

In the listed house, which was the former bakery in the village, you feel really comfortable. Many rooms that have been lovingly renovated give you the feeling of simplicity and that is luxury. It can accommodate 6 to 8 guests. Heating is provided by a pellet stove and various infrared heaters. Two tiled stoves are also available.
