Modern apartment RIGHT in the city center w/parking!

Located in the middle of the city centre between Solsiden and the city centre. Located hidden from the main streets, which prevent most of the noise. Bakkebro bus stop that takes you everywhere in Trondheim and the airport bus 1 min away. Cozy apartment on 2 floors. Bedrooms and bathroom are under ground floor (quiet, dark and chilled). Small sprinkler staircase between floors. All of the kitchen equipment available: coffee maker, hand mixer, water boiler, waffle iron, toaster and pretty much everything you need of equipment such as glassware, dishes and serving dishes.

Bright and cozy apartment in Byåsen

We rent out a newly built and bright 1-bedroom apartment in the basement of our townhouse. The apartment has a separate entrance, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. There is in-floor heat and balanced ventilation in all rooms. It comes with parking space for passenger car on the plot. Granåsen ski resort is a 5 min drive by car or about a 20 min walk away. To the city center in Trondheim it takes about 17 min by bus/car/tram. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the apartment and the tram stop is 6 minutes walk from us.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

Modern and comfortable apartment from 2020. Free parking space. Two great bedrooms with double beds, well equipped kitchen, corner sofa, Samsung Smart TV (2024), dryer, washing machine, underfloor heating and south facing balcony overlooking Vassfjellet. 6 minutes walk to metro bus. Frequent departures to, for example, Trondheim city center or the shopping centers at Tiller. Great hiking opportunities with proximity to nature and Bymarka.
