We rent out a newly built and bright 1-room apartment in the basement of our terraced house. The apartment has a separate entrance, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. There is underfloor heating and balanced ventilation in all rooms. Parking space for a passenger car is included on the plot. Granåsen ski resort is 5 min by car or about 20 min walk away. To the center of Trondheim it takes about 17 min by bus/car/tram. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the apartment and the tram stop is 6 minutes walk from us.

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette.
