Beautiful, well equipped, clean apartment, perfect for our one night stop off. Very quiet residential location. Host communication was great, very helpful and provided lots of recommendations of things to do and information about local travel.

A modern glass structure reflects the warm light of sunset, showcasing a sloped roof. In the background, a tall tree with bright orange foliage stands against the serene waters of the fjord, with rolling hills visible in the distance under a softly lit sky.

Very nice hostess who had decorated with flowers upon arrival! She was available but certainly not stuffy. Good at providing instructions and information. Nice place in a peaceful place with lovely views and a great terrace.
An outdoor dining space overlooks a serene body of water, with clear blue skies stretching above. Tables are arranged under umbrellas, providing shade for guests enjoying their meals. Potted plants are visible, adding a touch of greenery to the area.

Cosy seaside and contemporary citylife in one

WouterRating, 5 stars22 months ago
Torunns place is a perfect spot to discover Oslo! Less than five minutes walking from busstop Dalsbergstien and located in a children friendly and quiet area. Cars are only allowed at a big parking so the little ones can play around without any problems at all. The apartment itself is spacious and cosy including fireplace, two terraces, bathroom with seperate shower and tub and two cosy bedrooms with excellent beds. The kitchen has all the stuff you need in case you want to cook yourself as we did. A supermarket is located just around the corner. Communication with Torunn was excellent, friendly and helpful. Too bad time always flies when you're having fun.. We can highly recommend this place and will come back one day to explore the rest of the Oslo metropolitan area!

Cheerful townhouse in scenic surroundings

This charming little house in Norway was an absolute gem! The space was cozy, nicely done up, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. Anne is a very kind Norwegian lady, made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend this location for a relaxing stay in Norway close to Oslo Citycenter.

A sandy beach is visible with clear water gently lapping at the shore. Children are seen playing in the shallow water, while others relax on the sand. Small boats can be spotted in the distance, with beach structures and trees lining the shoreline.

Townhouse in idyllic setting

Lucy FrischRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Highly recommend a stay in this quiet and charming neighborhood. The location was super convenient, being walkable to local grocery stores and right up the road from where you can grab the bus that goes to the Oslo ferry point. The space was very clean and cozy—we appreciated the homey touches like having candles we could light in the evening. The kitchen is also very well-stocked with every appliance, pot, utensil, and anything else you could need which made it easy to prepare meals ‘at home’. Would definitely book again!
A serene lakeside scene captures the reflection of boats and trees along the water. Sailboats are moored at the dock, while autumn foliage creates a colorful backdrop. A calm surface mirrors the surroundings, enhancing the tranquility of the setting.

An open dining area is illuminated by natural light, featuring a wooden table surrounded by several chairs. Large glass windows provide unobstructed views of the water and greenery outside, while potted plants add a touch of nature to the space.

Modern fjord view villa, 7m walk from Oslo ferry

We were with seven friends for five days with Jonas and his family. In particular, we would like to highlight the location and the great views. If you want some peace and quiet but still want to see something of Oslo, it is just perfect. Go swimming in the morning, and then take the ferry 20 minutes directly to the center of Oslo. Jonas had great tips for us…

Down-to-earth home in the coziest neighborhood, close to everything

NigelRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We have stayed at Snorre's house before, so we know exactly what to expect. It's easy to get to from Oslo city centre using the boat and the bus and a short walk to the house. The house has plenty of space and is located on a quiet pedestrianised area, with a fantastic view across the fjord towards Oslo. Snorre made sure all the facilities were working correctly and checked in with us regularly.
