The cottage has independent access and an outdoor area with a completely private swimming pool under a magnificent oak tree and offering views of the fields and the forest. Enjoy the quietness of the countryside 3 minutes from the village of Astaffort with all amenities, 20 minutes from Agen and Lectoure (Gers), 1 hour from Toulouse and 1.5 hours from Bordeaux.
