THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Welcome to our nice guest house of about 17 sqm, which is decorated with a stylish, fully tiled bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) and a kitchenette (stovetop, fridge, freezer compartment, microwave and sink). Here you sleep comfortably in a comfortable double bed (140x200 cm). If you want an extra sleeping space, there is an extra mattress to put on the floor. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included. Dining area in the cabin and on the associated patio. Pets are not accepted due to allergies. Charming & nicely renovated cottage right by the lake Lygnen that is on our property. There is: microwave, double bed, fridge & freezer compartment, oven, stove, toilet & shower. Dogs are welcome in the cottage. We already have a dog and chickens. The cottage is located right next to the nature reserve Fjärås Bräcka. In 15 minutes, you can take the car to Tjolöholm Castle. There are activities all year round. 600 meters to the bus station that takes you to Kungsbacka city center. Departure cleaning is included in the price.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
