THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende. Vakna upp till fågelkvitter, ta morgonrocken på och gå ner till sjön för att ta ett dopp. Ät frukost på verandan och planera en naturskön vandring eller en tur med vår kanot. Det finns gott om sjöar att gå runt eller fiska i. Blir det för lugnt är Göteborg bara 20 minuter bort med bil eller så tar du bussen, 5 min bort. Mölnlycke centrum ligger 5 km bort. Till Landvetter flygplats tar det 23 minuter att köra. Varmt välkommen!

Välkommen till en topputrustad Studiolägenhet på landet. Nära fina bad och promenad. Glöm vardagliga bekymmer i vårt rymliga och fridfulla boende där ni snabbt känner er som hemma. Med åkrar och hav som närmaste granne. Stor härlig egen balkong där ni kan relaxa varma dagar med utsikt över de öppna fälten och Kungsbackafjorden. Genomtänkt design med trä, marmor och ek i materialen. En lugn och avkopplande miljö, några minuter till strand och havsnära promenader. Cirka 30 min till Göteborg.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

House 132 m2 is located on the cape Sönnerbergen on Onsala and borders the nature reserve Mönster. Guest cottage with double bed, toilet, outdoor shower and sauna with sea view included. Terrace with dining area (barbecue) with sea views directly outside the kitchen. Walking distance to several bathing spots around the area. 4 miles to Gothenburg, 1.9 miles to Kungsbacka.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Sjönära gäststuga

Charmig & fint renoverad stuga precis vid sjön Lygnen som står på vår tomt. Det finns: micro, dubbelsäng, kyl & frysfack, ugn, spis, toalett & dusch. Hundar är välkomna i stugan. Hund & höns finns redan hos oss. Stugan ligger precis i anslutning till naturreservatet Fjärås Bräcka. På 15 min tar du bilen till Tjolöholms slott. Där finns aktiviteter året om. 600 meter till busstationen som dig tar Kungsbacka centrum. Avresestädning ingår i priset.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Huset har 3 sovrum och 5 sängplatser. Huset passar också bra för boende vid arbete och längre vistelser. Bo avskilt men med närhet till Göteborg och Liseberg. Öresundståget stannar 10 min promenad från tomten och tar dig in till Göteborg på 30 min. Du kan även ta tåget till Varberg. Avstånd till närmaste badplats är 4km. Rymligt hus med uteplats och inglasad veranda. Städning görs av hyresgästen.
