Sono stata 5 giorni tra Rimini e Riccione con mio figlio per una breve vacanza prima dell'inizio della scuola. L'appartamento di Elena é situato in una posizione ottimale per godere della zona e spostarsi facilmente. Situato in un piccolo residence in una strada privata, silenzioso e confortevole! La casa é dotata di tutti i comfort necessari ed Elena é una host presente e disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti a "casa" dal primo momento! Torneremo sicuramente!

Une maison incroyable face à la mer. La plage en bas! Aucun danger, facile avec des enfants. Une belle terrasse et un beau jardin. C’est vraiment un environnement sympa. Attention pour ceux qui veulent dormir… un peu bruyant (bar et musique jusqu’à tard le soir mais c’est le prix à payer pour avoir une si belle maison ) prévoir des boules quies, ce que nous avions anticipé ! Idem le matin il y a le bruit de ceux qui nettoient la plage. Mis à part cela, super accueil de Fabrizio et très belle station balnéaire avec de bons restaurants. Un endroit unique ! Je recommande et espère revenir un jour !

Ik heb heel hard genoten van de omgeving en de accommodatie. Het was er heel stil met een supermooie omgeving en natuur. De accommodatie was echt supermooi ingericht met respect voor de natuur en de natuurlijke materialen. Mooie schaal met aubergine en tomaten die we heel hard apprecieerden. Eigen terras, veel informatie gekregen van eigenaar qua tips en tricks uit de omgeving. Inspirerende vakantie, waarbij rust bij ons ook wel centraal stond. Enorm genoten, was veel te kort

My family and I spent a week at the cottage during the Christmas holidays, and we had a wonderful time. The cottage is strategically located in the mountains near Florence, offering a stunning view of the Arno River valley and Florence. The property is comfortable, quiet, and ideal for a contemplative, restful vacation. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the heating is both efficient and sustainable. Giacomo was responsive and warmly welcomed us, providing excellent guidance on local attractions. It was a pleasure to spend time at his property. Highly recommended! Alvaro

L'appartement proposé par Claudia était top. Tout était comme décrit. Un grand balcon. Propre et bien équipé. Du café et du thé à disposition quand on arrive. Très bon accueil de Claudia qui est très sympathique et répond toujours aux messages très rapidement. L'appartement est situé à 2 pas de la plage. Grande plage de sable. Place de parking. Vélo de ville à disposition pour se balader dans Cervia, et c'est très agréable. Tout peut se faire à vélo, même les courses. Supermarché à 5 minutes. Sur Cervia pour l'Ironman, l'appartement est à 1,5 kms du départ. Ce qui est top car à proximité mais au calme et éloigné du tumulte. Je recommande ++ le logement de Claudia.

Siamo stati ospiti di Francesco e Pamida durante le festività Pasquali 2025, non posso che confermare le ottime recensioni, già durante la fase interlocutoria, che ha preceduto la prenotazione, hanno dato attenzione alle nostre necessità, fornendo risposte immediate e mettendoci sin da subito a nostro agio. Al nostro arrivo, concordato in base alle nostre esigenze d’orario, e preciso che era Pasqua, Francesco ci ha atteso nel viale antistante l’unità immobiliare, un gesto davvero apprezzato. L’appartamento si presenta molto bene, curato e pulito, è dotato di una zona giorno gradevole che all’occorrenza garantisce ulteriori 2 posti letto, le camere che sono 2 garantiscono 5 posti letto comodi, inoltre è dotato di una splendida ed ampia terrazza che dà sull’area pedonale, che permette di cenare in tranquillità ma anche di passare una serata tra amici in completa privacy. Sono disponibili tutti gli elettrodomestici, dal microonde alla lavatrice, Host oltre le aspettative

Die Wohnung ist klein und süß, sie liegt direkt an einem schönen Platz mit der Möglichkeit in vielen kleinen Bars einen Aperitivo einzunehmen. Man kann das studentische Flair in der Nähe der Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten genießen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt! Das einzige Manko ist, das es in dem Hausflur etwas hellhörig ist. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend :)

We loved our stay! The house is absolutely gorgeous, and the surroundings are stunning. We really enjoyed being off-grid and it felt so remote and different from our everyday lives, it was really nice. The house has everything you could possibly need, there's fireplaces in every room for when it gets cold (which it does!). George was very helpful and communicative about the house and our stay. We would recommend it to anyone! But do read the description; it is far from the main road, and the road up to the house is not suitable for all cars. It was fine for us, and George mentioned it in his messages as well, but just something to be aware of.

Appartamento incantevole a Rimini

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Luca dall'11 al 14 aprile di quest'anno e devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene, eravamo in due ma anche in tre ci si può stare. L'appartamento si trova in un condominio nuovo e anche se è al II piano la casa è molto luminosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort sia in bagno che in cucina è molto fornita. Zona tranquilla che affaccia su di un parco quindi adatta anche a chi ha un cane da portare fuori. Altra cosa molto comoda è che dista appena un quarto d'ora a piedi dal centro città e la stazione ferroviaria si trova a 10 minuti di taxi. Ultima cosa ma non meno importante ci sembra che il rapporto qualità-prezzo sia molto concorrenziale. Quindi che dire, se cercate un bell'appartamento per un soggiorno sia breve che lungo vi consigliamo sicuramente l'appartamento di Luca, che tra l'altro si è dimostrato simpatico e disponibile sia prima che durante il ns. soggiorno.

This little hamlet was ideal for a group of several families wanting a Tuscan holiday. Christina was a very responsive host, always available for help and suggestions. One down side was the distance from many of the Tuscan attractions such as Florence and Sienna. The hamlet is reasonably remote so is ideal for those who want a secluded holiday rather than those who want to see the sights of Tuscany.

An infinity pool extends into the landscape, reflecting the soft pastel colors of the sky at dusk. Rolling hills and lush greenery are visible in the background, creating a serene and expansive view.

Casa nuovissima, offre ogni tipo di comfort e servizio! A 2 minuti in macchina dal mare, veramente una splendida casa in una zona molto tranquilla. Alex ci è venuto incontro con l’orario del check in in quanto avevamo un bimbo piccolo e avevamo bisogno di entrare prima nell’alloggio, non è da tutti! Se si potesse darei 10 stelle! Grazie ancora!

Giulietta und ihre Familie haben uns sehr zuvorkommend behandelt und uns herzlich aufgenommen. Wir sind leider sehr verspätet angekommen, unter Umständen die wir nicht beeinflussen konnten. Giuliettas Mann hat extra spät in der Nacht auf uns gewartet. Alles weitere konnten wir am nächsten Tag klären. Alle unsere Fragen wurden geklärt und leider fehlte das warme Wasser, was aber umgehend behoben wurde. Leider konnten wir nur zwei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbringen, da wir auf der Durchreise bei Freunden in der Umgebung zu Besuch waren. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und würden wieder buchen. Man muss einfach wissen, dass die Strassen zum Haus recht abenteuerlich sind. Aber man gewöhnt sich daran. :-) Vielen Dank für all das Verständnis und Entgegenkommen!

Wir hatten dank Lorena einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt: Sowohl Strandnähe als auch nah am Stadtgeschehen. Mit dem dazugehörigen abgeschlossen Parkplatz haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut durchdacht. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Vi hade en helt fantastisk vecka i Londa. Boendet har en fantastisk utsikt och ligger väldigt privat högt upp i Londa. Leonardo och hans fru är fantastiska värdar som välkomnade oss till boendet och gav oss en ordentlig tur av boendet innan de lämnade oss ensamma. Leonardo var även väldigt snabb med att assistera oss vid minsta problem och var alltid trevlig. Boendet har allt man kan önska sig och är väldigt rent och välskött. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera att man gör ett besök här. Det enda negativa med platsen är att trafikanter kör väldigt fort på den slingriga vägen påväg upp till boendet, så det säkraste är att ta bilen för att röra sig i området.
