Great property in a village, well equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom and bathroom, bed was very soft but comfortable, perfect little sandy beach which was easy to get in for a cool down or a snorkel. The view is amazing, I could sit there all day looking out. Speightstown is a 5 min drive for bars/restaurants/groceries, there is a small quirky shop and small fish market 50 metres from property. Chloe was great with any questions I had on the property and area. Some information, not really negatives but good to know, upstairs in the property can get hot in the afternoon, we opened the windows and got a breeze blowing through which kept the temperature down, the bedroom downstairs has aircon so no issues with temperature downstairs. This property is in a village, so people are working in the fish market all day, fishing boats come in on the beach occasionally during the day, some buses on the road blow horns, but all part of everyday life so needs to be embraced! I would stay again

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachgate — it’s now one of our favorite AirBnBs of all time! The historical charm and tasteful decor made it so pleasant to spend time there. We loved living alongside the sound of the waves, while dining, having a beverage on the porch, or playing cards. We took turns relaxing in the hammock. 😊 We all really appreciated the refreshing pool upon returning from time spent exploring other areas. There are so many great options nearby in terms of beaches and food. We were grateful not to have to rent a car, as so many spots were within walking distance. You can also easily catch a taxi or bus, if you want to venture further. Tina & Philip are expert hosts — they predict every need. Jason arranged a pre-dawn taxi to the airport for us so we could catch our early morning flight home. We really appreciate them, and hope to return to Beachgate. 💕

Derrick's place was perfect for 6 of us staying. We had a car and explored the island and this spot worked great for that. The house was clean, spacious and stocked with what we needed.

Stephanie’s place is wonderful! It’s in a great location (car is highly recommended) for beach and relaxing. Stores and restaurants are just a short drive away. The photos match the description and it is very clean. I’d highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a laid back beach vibe.

Nice, clean and cozy Beach house with private beach access and a terrace 10m away from the water. Had nice evening dinners outside enjoying the atmosphere. Bathroom and kitchen were well equipped as well as the living room, AC everywhere and a good amount of towels. Mary offered a good service including a welcome food package, recommendations for the island and help with a rental car. Tremain got us a really nice car for a reasonable price.

Lovely clean apartment in a lovely location just across a quiet road from a lovely beach. Speightstown is a lovely small town with enough bars and restaurants and supermarkets to keep you well fed and watered. The only thing to be aware of is that the washing machine isn’t in the apartment, it’s in a separate building, the keys for which are held by the housekeeper. It’s not a problem once you know the system, but you do need to know the system. We would stay here again

Healthy Horizons is a fantastic place to stay! The room had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable - but you aren't there for the room, you are there because you walk outside, through a gate and you are on the beach! You can see the sunrise to the left and the sunset to the right. The bars and restaurants along the boardwalk are all worth a try, with rum punch and evening entertainment to be had. You can walk to other places, or rent a car, but really all you need is right here. I would book again in an instant, and indeed I will as soon as I save up enough money for the flight!

This was our second stay at Dwimanrose and although we didn’t think it was possible it was even better! We love the house and its layout and the location on a ridge in Dash Valley is perfect .. an exceptional view that never gets old. The patio overlooks the valley and is a great place for relaxing. A car is a must and there is off road parking with carport and electric gate. Rosemary is always available to help with any questions or needs. Thank you Rosemary, we’ll be back!

Such a beautiful house and location. Views from the infinity pool down to the coast was stunning. Our host was exceptionally friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this house.

This is an excellent place to stay on the west coast of the island, exactly as described. The view is outstanding with the beach at your doorstep. The apartment is very nice, comfortable beds, nice living room, fully equipped kitchen. Lots of recent upgrades! Easy access to the bus to get to places along the coast. Lots of nice outdoor spaces, with sofas and a table, all under a shelter. The barbecue is great to have as well and a grocery store just across the street. The beach out front is rocky so would recommend some water shoes. The hosts answered all our questions and helped us get a taxi back to the airport. You should have no hesitation to stay here!

The accommodation matches the pictures and was perfect for us as a family of four. The pool is just a few steps from the apartment which worked really well. We only saw two other guests at the pool and they were really friendly. The ‘Chill Bar’ across the road, on the beach was really reasonable and easy for dinner. There are other food places close by too. Taxi to and from the airport was easy. We didn’t hire a car. Duane did all he could to help us have a great stay and was very responsive. Recommended.

This two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a local home is a great option for those who want a more authentic Bajan experience and/or don't need/want to be right on the beach or in the touristy areas. A reasonably-priced, comfortable place for a family to sleep and spread out, with easy access to all the activities on the west and south coasts (as well as other areas). I do recommend a rental car for staying here. West coast beaches and attractions were just a 10-20 minute drive, and south coast beaches and attractions just 20-30 minutes. Beds were comfortable. Terrence was a great host and very responsive. When we had trouble with water pressure one day, he identified the issue (the water tank was low) and got a new tank delivered the same day.

Gorgeous place! The view is perfection. The breeze comes straight off the ocean toward the villa and is the freshest air you will ever breathe. Ask the friendly gardener to bring you fresh coconuts for the best coconut water you will ever taste. I feel so rejuvenated after my stay that I plan to return in the next year. Tip: Go to Hunte’s Garden! The landowner turned a collapsed cave into a an enormous sunken garden. The incredibly tall palms provide ample cooling shade so you can enjoy the masses of tropical plants that create this colorful masterpiece. Paths wind down into the bowl and curve throughout. There are lots of private spots turned off the walkways for one or two people to sit and enjoy the incredible views without other guests walking directly in front of you.

Alanna (admin manager) was warm and welcoming. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. This property was perfect for the 3 of us. Specious and clean! Beds are comfy. Location was perfect, and the neighbourhood was very nice. We would 100% recommend and if we return next year we will definitely stay at this property! Thanks Alanna😊
