The Allgäu High Alps, cycling and hiking trails, ski lift, swimming lakes and much more are quickly reached. Numerous shopping and dining options, a train station, a bus stop and bike rental are within walking distance of the apartment. The underground parking space can only be used by very small Cars drive on (duplex parking space; see 'Guest access').

On the top floor, for one person. A 90-cm cabinet bed disappears into the wall during the day, freeing up the space. Private bathroom with toilet. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishes, no stove or oven. Streaming TV; the Wi-Fi is suitable for a home office. There is a parking space in front of the house.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

In the spacious apartment with a large south-facing balcony with mountain views, small kitchen, two rooms and bathroom, up to four people can relax. Many hiking destinations are very close. Shopping is also within walking distance in 10 minutes. There is a special offer for families. While the parents are out and about, the children can get creative in the studio.
