With approx. 45 m2, it offers a large living room, bedroom, kitchen (NEW since 2021) and a friendly bathroom. Enjoy your time in a quiet atmosphere and with a great view over Wörgl. Enjoy your vacation in our spacious loft (approx. 90 square meters) with open living area, well-equipped kitchen, separate bedroom and large balcony with beautiful views. Start cycling and mountain tours right outside the door. Your vehicle parks safely in the carport, the bikes in the bike shed. An outdoor pool, Lake Schliersee, Lake Spitzingsee and Lake Tegernsee are nearby, and the small Lake Wolfsee is at your doorstep. Possibly 3 people possible - please ask me.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

Our cozy, individually furnished accommodation is a separate living unit on the upper floor with a private bathroom - shower/toilet, a single kitchen and small silent refrigerator, which is only used by our guests. Opposite the small kitchen is the third sleeping option in a niche. A covered seating area is available to you on the east side. The small, non-haired Biewer Yorkshire Pino, from the neighboring house likes to visit us every day.

Our cozy double rooms offer a living area of approx. 20 sqm. The room is equipped with a large double bed, a sitting area, a small kitchenette and a modern bathroom (shower and toilet). Each double room has direct access to a private balcony and our garden can also be used. In front of the garden, a small stream ripples and invites you to relax! Please note that only 1 toddler can be accommodated in the crib in the rooms.
