Summer cottage/cabin at Grundsjön

Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning should be done before you check out and should be thoroughly done, for example, vacuum, dry the floors, dust the bathroom and the kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included to the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

The cottage is also located in direct vicinity to Branäs cross country ski tracks. 5 bedrooms, 14 beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, sauna, charging box for electric car. Check-in/checkout Sundays and Thursdays during ski season Final cleaning can be purchased for SEK 1250 with rut deduction (Swedish personal number is required). Otherwise SEK 2500.

Fishing license must be purchased in the Affären i Lekvattnet electricity online at Ifiske. You can relax at the place or go on Finnskog's hiking trails, cross-country skiing in the middle of summer in the ski tunnel in Torsby, about 40 minutes to 2 alpine facilities (Hovfjället and Ski Sunne), We use the cottage very myself so please let me know before booking!!! Here you can bathe in a wood-fired hot tub and light a fire in the fire pit right down by the lake. Fish by the house or in one of Lekvattnet's fish-rich lakes! Hike the 7 Torpsleden trail, about 10 km from the cottage. Go sledding directly on the property, ice skating or ice fishing in the winter! Ski on illuminated ski slopes just a few kilometers from the house. And there are miles of snowmobile trails around the corner!

Spacious holiday home with lake plot. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. A/C is available for hot days.

Bike paths (gravel), hiking trails, nature reserves near by. The distance to Branäs is about 15 km. The nearest general store is ICA in Bograngen (10 km). If you like fishing,there are perch, pike and eel in Kindsjön, while nearby there is put-and- take fishing. The autumn is also magical, and usually there is abundance of berries in the area.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Fantastisk stuga vid fridfull sjö, privat badbrygga. Varm och kallvatten, diskmaskin och alla bekvämligheter. Kamin att elda i om det blir kyligt. Helt för er själva tillsammans med djur och natur. Vatten helt intill stugan med bastu och stora trädäck. Stugan ligger i solläge från 10:00-22:30 sommartid. Stora möjligheter till cykel och vandring i skog och natur. Det är långt till närmaste hus så ni är mitt ute i naturen. 10 km till närmaste affär.
