This beautiful cottage is located just a few steps from the sandy beach, and has a stunning view of sunsets, the ocean, mountains and islands. It is suitable for singles, couples, friends and families. The kids love playing on the beach, and the area has lots of opportunities for hiking and exploring. The house was built in 2014 and is modern and light, with a warm atmosphere. Two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and livingroom. Ålesund is the nearest city. You can get there by car, bus or boat.

Velkommen til øverste etasje i Grønebelgvegen 25. Nyt en kopp kaffe og frokost med nydelig utsikt over Sunnmørsalpene og Ellingsøy fjorden. Leiligheten befinner seg i et rolig nabolag. Her er bysentrum 5 minuter kjøring unna. Fjell og turområde lett tilgjengelig, i tillegg til alt Ålesund har å by på i direkte nærhet. Leiligheten har det meste man trenger for å oppleve Ålesund på en behagelig måte. 2 soverom. Tilgjengelig parkering for opptil to biler. Egner seg ikke for barn under 5 år.

This place is a such a gem. If you're looking to disconnect for a bit, i recommend staying at Bente's place. While you do have to walk into the main house to use the bathroom, wifi, washer, etc, staying in boathouse is so peaceful and for me, a much needed disconnect. I loved watching the boats go by in the fjord while reading a book and sipping on a cup of tea.

Thank you, Paul, for having us at your very special place. The location is truly amazing, and the house itself is exceptional—full of character, thoughtful details, and incredible craftsmanship. We had a wonderful time. Although we weren’t able to explore the area as much as we’d hoped due to feeling unwell, simply staying at your place was more than enough. Admiring the magical view through the large window, listening to the birds in the early morning, and watching the ever-changing clouds over the mountains was an experience in itself. Every glance outside offered something new—just magical. The house was so comfortable and beautifully designed. Just perfect. I can’t wait to come back again in the future—hopefully next time we’ll be able to explore the surrounding area as well.

Koselig hus ved storhavet.

Ganz spontan sind wir auf Kristins Unterkunft gestoßen. Wir waren nur wenige Kilometer entfernt und wollten mal raus aus unserem Camper. Dort angekommen konnten wir unser Glück kaum fassen. Wir wurden auf das herzlichste von Kristin begrüßt und wussten sofort, dass wir tolle zwei Tage verbringen würden. Das Haus haben wir super sauber vorgefunden, es ist gut ausgestattet, es ist ordentlicher Druck auf der Wasserleitung, sodass man die Dusche genießen kann, der Garten oder besser gesagt Park, wird mit Liebe gepflegt. Kinder können schaukeln und rutschen, Hunde können herumtollen und man selbst legt sich in die Hengematte und lauscht dem Meer. Wir waren im Juni da. Die Sonne ging kurz vor Mitternacht feuerrot vor uns unter. Zum Meer sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Man erreicht das Wasser über den Garten. Wir danken Dir Kristin für Deine Gastfreundschaft und sind sehr glücklich, dass wir diesen Ort zufällig gefunden haben. Wir würden jeden Weg auf uns nehmen um bei Dir Urlaub zu machen!

Min mand og jeg har haft den skønneste tur på den helt fantastiske hytte <3, vi endte også med at forlenge vores ophold fordi der var så skønt, så 6 amazinge dage, vi kommer helt sikkert tilbake :) Alt var perfekt. Wow for et sted!! Vi gleder os til neste besøk der:-) takk for det hele.

Vakkert, lite øysamfunn med hva man kan forvente å finne av restaurant, pub og kafe. Kafeen hadde også enkelt utvalg dagligvarer. Korte gangavstander for alle turer, god informasjon rundt på øya, og i leilighet, om øya tilbake i tid og utviklingen til i dag. Vi fikk oppleve regn og vind i tre dager😃uten et fiskenapp

Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt! Das kleine Bootshaus war einfach wunderschön - charmant, gemütlich und mit einer ganz besonderen Atmosphäre. Besonders beeindruckend war das große Fenster mit dem fantastischen Ausblick: Im Sommer war es bis etwa 23 Uhr hell, sodass wir stundenlang das sanfte Licht und die Umgebung genießen konnten. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet - wir hatten alles, was wir zum Kochen brauchten, und konnten uns wunderbar sellst versorgen. Auch die Dusche war top - modern, sauber und angenehm. Und das Bett? Einfach himmlisch! Ich habe selten so gut geschlafen. Insgesamt war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, der uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Klare Empfehlung - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
